SJMorrison, I am the first to admit I took the moral high ground after the invasion, and that was a mistake. I even joined investor pressure groups. However it ended up in me buying back in at 3p rather than ride it down pure luck based on what I admit was a stupid moral high ground position, and after being verbally battered elsewhere I even turned so far to the dark side that I bought BAE.

Slating or being realistic, who has been right the ridiculous pie in the sky rampers, with their no chance SP predictions, and multiple buyers about to sign off a deal or those with a more realistic view?

Tactics have never changed on here have a go at anyone who doesn’t subscribe to the future is wonderful about to become millionaires story. Give it time it will eventually go for between 5 and 10p some will make some will lose.

That’s right I did say that, sold 2022 because of the invasion , realised was being at best silly and bought back in Sept 2023 on the basis of hopeful of a sale by end of year. What par5vof that did you have problems understanding?

Yep and sold at a loss in 2022 before realising my position was silly at best and I wasn’t going to make any difference.

No I don’t hate EUA, I am invested bought and sold 2020, 2021, bought Sept 3p 2023 based on hopeful of sale by end of year, sold during the pre suspension pump for 5.4 missed the top, bought back in at 2.5, I have been consistent that this will sale but not at prices often suggested on here.

“The bod were talking now have a range of HUGE offers the talking is done”. Well shouldn’t take long to progress from that then. That does sound a desperate ramper explanation but will very quickly be proved or disproved. Funny the bod didn’t mention it in the RNS.

Since entering the formal for sale process starting with “Multiple inbound enquiries, the bod are in discussion, the bod remain in discussions”. The narrative has always been the present tense.

Sept RNS which first mentions MBO also starts the bod “were” in discussion. Past tense, and very different to all previous releases.

Let’s remember the potential buyers would have done due diligence, had access to the books, the JORC, DFS, and something stopped them buying. Maybe if they had read this board, and the multiple assurances that the war would be over by (pick a date, any date and when that fails pick another date) it might have been different. Sadly 5 years from the start of the process potential buyers have withdrawn and we have never received an offer. Best chance MBO finding an investor but again it’s dependent on 3rd parties and outside of the bods control or influence.

As much as I would like to see this sold, you have jumped on anything and everything to claim a sale was just a handshake away. Like the end of the war predictor's, Stretch and the others in the sale is imminent group you are yet to be right about anything.

Agree, this has always been a volatile share, I’ve traded about 17 times since 2015, never saw it as an investment opportunity but always kept an eye on it. Came in this time at 13p because I could see long term progress now sat on 37p and I can only see it going higher. Interesting that the more settled it is the less chat there is.

Buyers have had 5 years to do due diligence, do you really think anything the bod says in a public webinar is going to change the results of that due diligence?

Look at it this way…. If a house has been on the market for 5 years, potential buyers have had surveys done and then withdrawn, do you really think the estate agent holding an open day is going to make any difference?

It’s all speculative anyway, we have had years of the bod BEING in discussions with interested parties, to find out the bod WERE in discussions (past tense) we have never even received an offer. Then the bod mention a management buy out which would require a strategic investor. Nothing to suggest there is a strategic investor, and already people are speculating on the location of the strategic investor. We would all like the best possible return for our investment, but stating Russian management are interested sadly doesn’t mean it’s going to happen. On the bright side if we are no longer in discussion hopefully that’s the end of the NDA’s and we might actually find out what the assets are worth or even why there hasn’t been an offer.

@Glenn, but surely the money will still leave Russia, and the assets are in Russia, however time might eventually tell, The management buyout comment from the board references needing a strategic investor so sounds like at best it’s subject to finding that investor.

@GlennTG, chuck in the 35% exit tax as the money will be leaving Russia so if you are right a 30% premium on 7p gives an offer of 9.1p take off the 35% (3.10 Rounded down) exit tax and the actual would be 6p, wow long term holders could have got 30p five years ago

3000 North Korean troops I wonder how many blow jobs that cost Putin. Actually Kammy I was referring to reports of Russia buying back from N Korea 1947 Artillery pieces. Not sure how it ended up being about the 3000 troops but a good indication of the meat grinder tactics being used by Russia.
