So still no answer then, you can’t provide a single example of you being right about the war, it wasn’t that long ago you stated the war would be over by November, more recently you moved that to by Christmas, now a vague shortly, what happened to April, May, July? 🤡 So another question do you actually understand American politics and the Transition Act? I ask because the presidential term runs from Inauguration day in January to inauguration day in January.

Dattabase, still waiting for you to provide an example of when you have ever been right about anything connected to the war ending. You have been asked so many times and still no answer. Just this year alone how many times have you wrongly claimed the war would be over by various dates. The point is which as usual you ignore if it doesn’t suit your narrative. New additional military support is being provided when the war is over/support is being withdrawn. How foolish of these governments to ignore your expert advice and spend that money unnecessarily.

In the last five days the USA and Australia have separately confirmed additional military aid packages for Ukraine worth $670 mil, with delivery confirmed within the next six weeks. That’s a strange way of withdrawing support for Ukraine or acknowledging that the war is about to end.

Agreed. Perhaps he can also explain why we need funding when we have made multi million pound loans to subs, and what happened to the £1.6 mil Treasury bonds which appear to have just disappeared between RNS’s

Stretch why do you feel the need to insult anyone who doesn’t agree with you, after all you have been wrong for the best part of 6 years. Is your anger directed at your, in this case, poor investing decision, or are you that angry at life in general?

Tiffintip, likely, but the additional funding would mean that a sale is not the priority it would be should funding be time limited to next year. My opinion a sale perhaps at a reduced SP but still a sale is more likely if we refuse the fund raising. As always Tiffintip respect for your reasoned opinion and politeness towards my different opinion.

The last attempt to fund raise was outvoted, so for me, and I will listen with bated breath, the webinar is no more than a desperate attempt by the bod to get the fund raising resolution passed. The loan gives them a year of breathing space to get a deal over the line, so ask yourselves why with a year to work out a deal why do they need/want to raise additional funds?

I think the bod are precluded from releasing any relevant news other than by RNS re my 20.26 post. As there can be no guarantee that a RNS would be released at exactly the same time it definitely rules out any news that could be considered to be insider information and an advantage gained by those attending the webinar.

We therefore know they will not be releasing any news at the webinar as it should first be released by RNS to do otherwise would be in breech of the companies code.

Therefore it can only be an attempt to sale the bod message that the future depends on agreeing the funding and dual listing, and to justify the lack of a sale so far. Ask yourselves this why has the bod arranged a webinar other than to sale the resolutions before the AGM?

Couldn’t agree with you more about the child murdering mad dog Putin, but with respect to your view, we have got nowhere waiting 4 to 5 years for the bod to get a deal, perhaps just perhaps it’s time to pressure the bod to get the best deal they can under the circumstances. Refuse further funding tell them they have until the loan funding runs out and do their jobs.

Incidentally why the need to be so insulting just because another investor has a different opinion to you?

So you don’t know any more than the rest of us other than years of funds has resulted in no offers. Time to try something different? If the bod knows this has a defined timeline it might focus their minds on getting a deal over the line.

Yep I said might, I don’t know any more than you, but believe it’s time to put pressure on the bod to achieve a deal.

And refusing them further funding would focus their minds on only having a year or so to get that deal over the line. My view.

ChessMaster, would you not agree that we have been in discussions since at least entering the formal for sale process, we have never received an offer? Therefore is it not possible that having funding has left the bod with unrealistic expectation's and no need to be reasonable in those expectations.. Not having funding beyond the period covered by the loan might just focus their minds as to what is realistic and encourage them to enter into sensible discussions hopefully resulting in an offer we can at least vote on.

Or ChessMaster, the bod state they were in discussions with interested parties, something stopped those parties from making an offer, discussions possibly included ballpark figures, maybe not having funding will focus the bod’s minds to what is realistic.

My inclination at the moment would be to vote yes to dual listing but a definite no to any fund raising. I will listen to what is said but I’m very much of the view that if the bod have the money to keep the company going then it will delay any sale as they stick out for the best price. Whereas a shortage of funds might encourage a potential buyer to make an offer. Yes it will be substantially lower but at least it isn’t going to drag on for years. That may mean that some long term holders perhaps end up with a loss, but you pays your money and takes your chance.

I really can’t see anything coming out from this that should be released by regulatory RNS, so hopes and aspirations, and drumming up support for the AGM resolutions.
