Capita now holds the first ever Government contract taking civil servants from initial employment right the way through to retirement, which will improve on the previously disjointed performance of SSCL and Mycsp and that via MHCLG will bring them to the attention of the 317 principle LA’s within the UK for some of whom they could well end up providing the same jointed up services.

For your information it has been reported as a competitive process: clearly indicating that other companies were involved. The difference between you and me Macy is that I’ve actually experienced the difficulty in claiming a pension under Mycsp, and how quickly Capita resolved my claim.

Macy as someone who twice went through the pension claimin process under SSCL and Mycsp, with Capita sorting my three month outstanding claim and several months outstanding McCloud remedy payment within 10 days of taking over I will call out as the liars they are anyone who blames the current situation on Capita without in any way acknowledging the system they inherited, and question the motives of anyone who defends them. If they don’t want to be called out for what they are they should try being honest in their posts.
