Incidentally I also read about the delays on BBC news, used the contact us option to tell them about the better service from Capita, didn’t get a reply from BBC.

Also I don’t know anyone who has had issues viewing their data on the new site, but there will always be some problems with data transfer.

So to make easy enough for even you to understand the website was a mycsp website held on a mycsp server as was the data. Mycsp migrated the data have you ever considered that if there was a problem with migration it could have been at their end?

As for no need to ever register again, was mycsp going to give Capita access to their servers so I could carry on using the old website and the same log in details? No company has ever done that, Capita needed everyone to register on their own new site. Also if mycsp had given Capita access to their servers and data they would have been in breach of GDPR You really are a dishonest twat.
