SELLERS TAKING 4.5 FOR SOMETHING WORTH ABOUT 10P AND WITH THE POSSILITY OF IT GOING TO 25P BUYERS ARE NOT EVIDENT.
Why will buyers pay 20p if it is worth 25p with no immediate possible rise over 25p and not pay 4.8p with it worth about 10p and a chance it will be worth 25p
I may be far out and hope that I am, but I think we must prepare ourselves for holders to just take what they can to get their stake back regardless of the NAV. The MMs will do us no favours, if they did they would be quoting 8-9p now.
You have to have buyers to offset sellers, at 12p you may attract buyers if the NAV is 25p . Initially there will be more sellers than buyers and that only pushes the SP down.
OK my 8p was a bit extreme, but what I am trying to get you all to realise is that if the NAV goes to 25P do not expect to get 20p fore your holding immediately,
I ASK THIS QUESTION, if the NAV GOES TO 25p with the LEAP DISPOSAL. WHAT WILL YOU TAKE FOR YOUR HOLDING? 12p or hang on until you can get 20p goodness knows when.
I really hope I am WRONG but if we can get 12p id be very tempted to sell 95% of our holding at 12p, nearly doubling our investment.

When seed goes up so will the number of sellers, meaning we will still have to have patience. If NAV is 25P sellers will be bailing out at 8-12p. Do not wish to appear to be knocking seed but it will not go up with loads of sellers taking their stake back. Until investors will pay 19-20p we cannot expect to get 17-18p for our shares.
I hope I am wrong but we do have to expect people getting out at their breakeven point, if the last few days of sales indicate.

Said about them not having patience in the past, they have had enough BUT my guess is they have no real idea about the shares real value.
Do the BOD want this to go down so they can buy in at a ridiculously low price and make a real killing? Lets face it the y are not stupid and there is always a reason behind everything, including them not holding stock, or do they want to have a take over offer from a company they have an interest in at a very low price and wipe us all out?

Next league down from the Highland league, but not up to Highland league standards yet. Did entertain Inverness Caledonian in the highland cup after they won Scottish cup a while ago.

I have to have interests outside of the 24 hr care for the good lady to keep sane, this and the local football clubs lottery helps. We used to go to all the games home and away as we are both HON presidents and both on the committee. Tonight I run the draw for the clubs weekly lottery which is up to a new high of 8 grand. We get a carer come in to help me mornings and night time which help a little. Thanks for your comments though.

Think you are a bit hard on us being negative, if you check my posts you will see some that point out that (excl. Leap) we are in an exciting market which has tremendous growth potential.
Leap looks to be very good but we do not know how it is actually performing, while it's games appear to be used a lot, is it actually making money? They said a couple or more years ago that Leap would be disposed of. Why has it not? is it because they think it will not be welcome in the market or is it because it is gaining in value which will eventually be of more value to us. The BOD should keep us updated on the delay.
Most posts on here are positive but frustrated at the low share price to its NAV.
Most would like more information from the BOD and for them to own shares in Seed to show their confidence. Not dispose of stock, as a family member did. Potential investors wonder why the board does not own shares.
I have stated we will be staying in Seed after Leaps disposal.

How many shares do you need to own to ask for a place on the board?

We all more or less agree overall, with little tweaks occasionally. BOD frustrating us as well.

It is true, why buy in to something the BOD do not invest in. Do not think I have heard of any companies that no directors invested in. Of course the mother selling should have had us all selling. While it looks good at 50% discount to NAV I think we should have taken our losses initially. After all if a stock drops 10% get out is what we do usually.
Is Leap going to be that good? if it is, will we find buyers to buy up to 85% of the new NAV. I have my concerns there, cannot see us making a killing in truth.
Was going to buy more but think I will buy a few more premium bonds as I have not quite got the maximum number, whereas the good lady has.

Will they ever give us some idea of how Leap is doing? One of the reason some are selling up as they fear the worst.

Any one any idea just how many shareholders Seed has? They keep reducing daily with these sales.

Face book locked our account as some one got in to it in error when we opened it about 8 yrs ago and have never been able to unlock it. Face book have sent us a way to unlock it but after following their instructions we just received a message saying it was LOCKED. so gave up. Not that we are missing much.

Looks interesting, PE AT 14 a little high for a stock that has halved over 6 months. We specialise in recovery stocks so may buy in once it has settled.
Our big bet is Seed at the moment though along with a few others that are stagnant at the moment.
So may be joining you.
