For completeness sake we set out in Appendix One below the timeline of all of the material transactions and steps involved. It should be noted at the outset that no funds were ever advanced under the Loan Agreement...

Nothing to do with "fake surprise".
I am aware of shenanigans last year, but did not follow it closely at the time, having no stake in Angs until more recently (recently enough to get caught out by Brockham, mind you!).
But the shenanigans, as far as I am aware, involved the sale of stock, not its shorting.
So what evidence is there to support the allegation of shorting?

How many shares did he short?
At what price?
At what price did he buy them back?

But you see the problem YL:

If it is to be claimed that investors have been duped and deceived by the BoD over a prolonged period of time, how to explain that one of those who has suffered the most financially is JTP?

YL states:

Clearly LTH's have been deceived and lost a lot of money here... if court action is the only way to get this BOD to hold their hands up...

But one of the principal losers financially has been JTP.
Is it claimed that JTP has been deceived by the BoD?

In truth, the price did reach and exceed 2p, but didn't hold and came back below 2p.

Don't know more than that, Yanis, but it certainly didn't sound as if they referring to other authorities such as the 2 you mention.

Because, as they have explained, quite a number of the documents forming part of the application are not under their control, they come from outside sources.
And some of the material is of a seasonal nature, ie, can only be produced at certain times of the year.

Balcombe's planning requirement has only arisen because of Angus's own blunder: would not expect the council itself to erect many obstacles in their way (no need, Angus have done that themselves!).

Directors' emoluments in the year ending 30/09/18 (see the RNS of 06/03/19):

"The directors received salary from the group totalling GBP270,000 (2017: GBP300,000)...".

This was for an average number of 5 directors, so their "lifestyle" appears to be modest.

For myself, think that should be "has come".
The Brockham RNS knocked the stock back by an enormous 60% in one day: at 1.575p, the stock remains 55.6% down on its pre-RNS close of 3.55p.

If the stock closes around this level, it will look as if the rampers and the derampers have more or less produced a stalemate for this week!
