For ourselves, the appointment of the energy minister is the appointment to the cabinet that interests us the most.
That was the only appointment missing from the nominations to the new PM's cabinet.
Now, lo and behold, Ashti has re-emerged, but not as the minister himself - what it means is beyond my powers of analysis! (and I cited Rudaw's comment about "settling disputes between Baghdad and Erbil", but didn't understand it either).
