SCDM is a private company, Bouygues is a publicly-quoted stock in the CAC 40 index with outside shareholders.

SCDM's dealings in UKOG were more convoluted than that because, at one stage, maybe in January 2017 (if my memory serves me right), they sold out of UKOG, before going on to create a new stake.
