Alba will retain 54% of Greenroc Mining which will be separately listed and raise funds for itself.

So Alba shareholders' exposure to Greenroc is via Alba's continuing holding in Greenroc.

Maybe there was another post on the thread to which someone objected and the whole thread was removed.

Agree, they are not here for the simple pleasure of posting on the board.

Beyond that, not overly concerned, don't believe any of their activities will prevent Angus from undergoing a very major re-rating.

If it was a short closing, it would be a buy. Doubt they could close at the bid price.

Re North Wales, a reminder that, in a video of 04/08/21, GF spoke of "the huge potential that exists outside of those 2 historic mines (Clogau, Gwynfynydd) within the envelope of our extensive exploration ground".

In their RNS of 20/09, Alba announced that their "extensive exploration ground" had become still more extensive.
