There's a disconnect between the business and the share price.

The business is coming along just fine, with 2 different management teams focusing on all that is gold in N Wales (starting with Clogau) and the development of Amitsoq and TBS in Greenland.

The company's PR is very good.

So it's just the market ... and that can turn around very quickly indeed.

The £12m debt facility for Saltfleetby provides them with financial credibility.

Personally, re geothermal, I really appreciate GL's approach.

He had nothing concrete to announce, but he is treating shareholders as partners in the business, taking them into his confidence, sharing management's thoughts and increasing knowledge with them.

I wish some other investments of mine would take the same approach.

Imho, GL's salary was extremely low and, after the rise, remains modest.

As he explained, Saltfleetby's delivery is currently in the hands of their suppliers.

It looks as if there is very considerable potential value in their geothermal projects. This is not for the immediate term, but, as they advance, the projects themselves are likely to be a regular source of updates.

The pipeline of geothermal projects for the future is becoming increasingly tangible.

GL sounded confident about Angus's ability to finance them (with co-adventurers in the equity and suppliers of mezzanine finance) and of the company's own market cap as Saltfleetby achieves first gas.

The one-year graph suggests otherwise.
