Think both GROC and Alba are grossly undervalued.

Think Clogau is absurdly undervalued by the market.

It is possible that Clogau contains again what has already been extracted from the mine in its past, ie about 80,000 ounces.

This gold does have to be located, of course, but Alba is on the brink of resuming its blasting programme at Level 5 and could be on the brink of making a commercial discovery.

The latest Alba RNS is of 03/12 where they provided the stake figure of 25.34%.

GROC at 2.80p = market cap of £7.82m

Alba's share of 25.34% = £1.98m

Alba's market cap at 0.013p = £2.58m.

All of Alba's other interests apart from GROC currently valued at £600k.

GROC = 76.7% of Alba's market valuation.
