There is no "if" about it, it is only because UKOG controls HH that it can consolidate HH in its group accounts. We are not talking about a general election, the directors vote on behalf of the interests they represent, in SS's case, the controlling interest.
UKOG owns 77.9% of HHDL which owns 65% of HH. In addition, UKOG owns the remaining 35% of HH directly.
