The recovery of the appeal by the SoS was on 06/01 and the favourable decision on 07/06.
It was on 20/07 that UKOG stated it "will now implement a pre-planned farmout programme, whereby the Company's costs would be either fully or part carried by any farminee".
The recovery of the appeal by the SoS should have alerted interested parties to the possibility of a decision in UKOG's interest and may have given rise to expressions of interest from that moment onwards.

UKOG and Angus both possess 100% interests in UK onshore gas fields.

In the case of Angus, Saltfleetby is, historically, the UK's biggest onshore gas field, it is proven and it seems to be, at the most, just a few days away from flowing again.

In UKOG's case, Loxley remains to be confirmed commercially and is, in SS's opinion, potentially the UK's 2nd biggest onshore gas field stretching over about 10 kms.

Sidetrack, more sidetracks in 23, Brockham, Balcombe (if the appeal goes their way), Lidsey, cash from gas flow at Saltfleetby, potential for the share price to rise significantly and become a currency for acquiring other assets, geothermal, think Angus has a lot going for it.

More than 10% of share capital has changed hands today (the percentage of the free float is higher).

Hopefully, a good number of traders and impatient holders have now exited, preparing the ground for the share price's future further rise.

Angus first announced its interest in the proven Saltfleetby gas field in an RNS of 19/06/19.

Saltfleetby production since the field became stranded by the closure of the Theddlethorpe gas facility = 0.

It looks as if we are now days away from gas flowing again at Saltfleetby.

Current price is the highest of the last 3 years, according to a 3-year graph.

The 5-year graph shows where the upside potential lies.

Yes, although none planned for 2022. We would like to open up the southern lobe of the field in 2023 where we see low cost side tracks for high potential returns.

And note the excellent volume, too: 107.6m shares, per a rival site.

Imho, this is a propitious beginning for the share price but there is a very long way to go, upwards.

Commissioning Update at Saltfleetby

Angus Energy (AIM: ANGS) is pleased to announce that the Company's site operations team, with supporting specialists, has now introduced and processed well head gas throughout the combined extraction and condensate processing facility.

Well B2 has alone been delivering at an equivalent rate of 5 million standard cubic feet per day, surpassing the Company's internal expectations, although we expect deliverability to normalise with time. The Company will introduce the stream from the A4 well shortly.

The stream has been passed through the whole process plant including condensate stabilisation and storage tanks as well as gas analysis. Specification gas has been achieved in short tests to date as has an export pressure of approximately 60 barg sufficient for entry into the national transmission system, or "grid"

The Company will make nominations for gas sales when it is satisfied of stable flow, uninterrupted by electronic trips, for an extended period of time being not less than 8 hours continuous flow which we strongly believe will occur before the end of August thereby meeting the current deadline under the Company's revised hedge arrangements as notified on 29 July 2022.
