Operations at Clogau ceased when they became uneconomic because of the low price of gold.

The most important factor in the re-opening of the mine is the price of gold.

The gold price has a history of surging upwards on occasions - it has held up very well during the recent period of higher interest rates. Personally, I think we may be on the brink of one of these upward surges in price.

At £1.95m the market cap has become very low indeed.

At this level, the simple announcement of the date of delivery of the Supreme court's judgement could make quite an impact. 11am tomorrow is the next date for such announcements on the Supreme court's website.

The 1:10 capital reorganisation voted through yesterday.

3.254bn shares at 0.06p makes the current market cap £1.95m.

5.96bn shares is wrong, it should be 32.54bn divided by 10 = 3.254bn shares.

0.06 - 0.0065 (yesterday's close) = + 0.0535.

There remains outstanding the Supreme court judgement in the Finch case - a favourable decision could help to lift UKOG's share price.

The annual results were published on 08/03 last year, but this year we have the GM scheduled for 14/03.

With the new debt facility and the GM behind them, the annual report should, hopefully, make for pretty bullish reading.

"Will be positive simply to have the uncertainty of the GM behind us" ... assuming the votes are there in favour of all the resolutions (the 2 special resolutions require 75%).
