My guess - and that is what it is, a guess - is that management believes there will be a positive development quite soon.

Given the tweets, this development is most likely to concern Portland (imho).

Management showed its determination to pass the resolutions at the GM by financing, and issuing shares to, the Equity Benefit Trust.

There are posters who suggest they did this in order to receive their remuneration a while longer.

Imho, the explanation is to be sought elsewhere.

The probability that the gold at Clogau ran out because the price of gold made it uncommercial to mine is ... zero!

Great news that we are through the notification periods for the bulk sampling of our primary underground target (Lower Llechfraith) and at the Clogau Waste Tip, so we can now proceed with those exercises.

Think things are a bit more urgent than that, DARLYN.

The RNS provides a full programme of expected work beginning next week, with the results of the first of the airborne surveys (Clogau) and continuing through to July/August.

It is likely to be a period rich in communications from the company, either via RNS or tweet.

Patrick Clanwilliam clearly believes Angus is now set up on a sound footing and that it is for the new management team to advance it from here.
