The reconvened meeting is for this coming Tuesday, 05/03.

If the resolutions are passed then, on Wednesday, 06/03, the opening share price will be the closing share price on that Tuesday multiplied by 10.

1m at 0.007p should become, in theory, 100k at 0.07p: shift the decimal point for the new share price.

If, behind the capital reorganisation, they then proceed to a placing, that is where there is likely to be an impact on the price of an individual share. But, in theory, the capital reorganisation itself is neutral.

That's the way it works. All they are doing is dividing the number of shares by 10. In theory, the effect on the market cap should be zero.

The vote is to reduce the number of shares by 10 but, in theory, the price of each new share should multiply by 10.

Is there any remaining possibility of positive surprises, apart from the Supreme court fixing the date of its judgement?

Well yes, there is, in Portland and in Loxley.

But, unfortunately, am not gifted with any particular insights.

How will the share respond IF tomorrow at 11am the Supreme court judgement is scheduled for next Wednesday?

PS: capitulation is usually marked by a frenzy of selling. That is not what the trades in UKOG are presently saying.

This board is more active than the market in UKOG shares.

Hopefully, both on potential AND on achievement, Divermike! (but, agreed, they are not yet revenue-producing).

Just had a look at the 6-month graph. Today, the share price is basically where it was in mid-September.

That's surprising given, in that time:

the dewatering of level 4 and the relaunch of exploration activities at Clogau and in the Dolgellau gold field;

the continuing stream of positive news from GROC, including the release of the PEA.
