At 0.0065p, the Trustees' immediate loss is about £105k.

CORRECTION:

the 10% increase in issued capital of this morning was accretive and not dilutive, because the Trustees paid more than the market price of the shares.

In theory, 10% dilution has taken place this morning:

Application has been made for EBT Shares, numbering 3,005,000,000 ordinary shares in total, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on or around 27 February 2024. (RNS of 22/02)

The RNS of 22/02 was quite a dense one: an interview would still be appreciated.

PS: if and when a major player does take an interest in Portland, then, presumably, at that stage, they would take a stake in UKEn.

But they are funds that will be stringently ring-fenced. The benefit to UKOG's other projects will come if they help to raise the share price and facilitate fund raising for those projects.

UKEn is a 100%-owned subsidiary of UKOG. Having set up a site for UKEn, you would expect there to be a link to it from the UKOG site but, unless I'm mistaken, there isn't one.

From AJ Lucas's interim report for period ending 31/12/23:

On the Balcombe licence in Southern England, operated by Angus Energy and in which we hold a 75% interest,

the decision by the Planning Inspectorate to overturn the local Council refusal and grant permission to flow test

the Balcombe well was itself subsequently appealed by a local opposition group. That appeal was turned down

by the High Court in London in October 2023. Since then, the opposition group has sought to appeal the High

Court’s decision. We await a response from the Court of Appeal as to whether it will consider the case.
