I took an "energy infrastructure investor" to mean a City player but, of course, I could be wrong.

It has nothing to do specifically with Centrica (although it is perfectly possible they will be amongst the companies who attend as an "interested supplier").

That is a problem they share with the government which is committed to making the UK a clean energy superpower, is counting on a big expansion of wind-generated energy and needs hydrogen storage facilities in order to avoid wasting the energy surplus to immediate requirements.

Alba's 34.34% stake in GROC valued at £1.3m at the close.
