The Supreme court quashed the permits for HH, UKOG has quite recently "voluntarily" ceased production.

Nobody (that includes Surrey CC) seems very clear as to how to proceed from here but UKOG's home page now speaks exclusively of its hydrogen storage projects with no mention being made of HH or of Loxley (gas).
