UKOG does have some liabilities (Broadford Bridge to be plugged, Horse Hill where the development permit was quashed by the Supreme court) but the sums involved should be kept in perspective given the potential of its hydrogen storage projects.

The 136-page action plan, to be released on Friday, will also include other measures to accelerate renewable energy.

Level 4 produced "exceptionally high-grade sampling results" "of up to 4.30 oz/t" but no visible gold.

Level 5 blasting has produced visible gold.

Alba's target of near-term gold production is within reach.

Both samples returned anomalous results for both gold and REE, however sample FINN2415 had stand-out grades of more than 10 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 2.36% TREO, with 39% of the TREO being made up of high-value NdPrDy oxides. As the gold result was above the maximum reportable grade for the assay protocol selected (being 10g/t), the laboratory is running the assay again using a different protocol to arrive at a precise gold content for the sample. The high-grade gold assay would certainly appear to corroborate the field observation (see Figure 5) of the presence of visible gold. The confirmation of high-grade rare earth results is also highly promising.

Storm Darragh Clean Up

The Clogau Mine certainly didn't escape the buffeting from Storm Darragh over the weekend. Part of the main access road to the Mine was washed away and a tree fell across the road to boot.

We are pleased to say, however, that due to the hard work and can-do attitude of the Alba team and our external contractors, we repaired the road in quick smart time in order to make sure that our crew and equipment could get back to the Mine in time for the next rotation which started today.

Neither Alba nor GROC are valued in the market as of now. Can foresee a time coming when they will lift each other up:

a rise in GROC's share price should have a knock-on effect on Alba, because of Alba's 34.34% stake in GROC;

a rise in Alba's share price should help GROC's share price because it means Alba will be better-placed to participate in a GROC placing.
