For the benefit of those struggling to follow, the consensus (there are no doubt some who believe to the contrary) is that DEV's 4th ship is due to dock tomorrow. However it has been agreed with the courts that only $10m net can be shipped, and this is likely to have been achieved on the third ship which sailed last week. Therefore it's possible if we see the 4th ship currently in the Macapa waiting area heading to the port it might indicate that the deal is sufficiently close to have been signed, or has been signed, that DEV is willing to risk shipping the ore, and to continue doing so - other slots in June that are TBN have yet to be cancelled. It feels like it is coming to a head, and news is eminently imminent.... Nail biting time ;-) IMHO, DYOR!
