I agree @EV. Straight to 44ktpa LCE is huge - the CapEx involved will be massive - it's questionable whether BCN as it was would have been able to fund their share of this - and likely one of the reasons why their BoD recommended "out". I've updated my table. Bring on Stage 2 announcements! ;-)

Indeed @Barksy - from a quick glance over, looks like a doubling from 35ktpa to 70ktpa. Which means our JV WILL be required MUCH sooner and in FAR greater quantity :-))) @Kiran?

Did the "all" in the first paragraph amuse anyone else? "Cadence and all LT and LS shareholders have entered into a conditional agreement to sell 100% of LT and LS for up to A$21.05 million (£11.82 million)"

We will be receiving shares Barky. @Bannor needs to read more carefully. lol. More evidence if for some reason it wasn't clear... "After the lapse of the escrow arrangement, Cadence will retain or dispose of these shares as per our investment strategy,"

lol @Bannor: "Secondly, by partly paying the consideration in shares in the buyer and cash payment on milestones we are exposed the the exploration upside."

MUCH better than the previous deal and with iron ore prices rising nicely too, maybe Amapa news will follow shortly?
