Actually I think the tenement borders are visible on the pdf presentation if you squint. Perhaps they just need some computer magic to enhance them! LoL. ;-)

@uncleal - we only have 30% JV in certain Yangibana tenements. See the map I just linked to. My best estimate is around 5% of HAS market cap. Which is around £8m. Might turn out to be an underestimate long term once they report on additional drilling in our JV areas which they are apparently planning. :-))))

Are you seeing what I'm seeing @Dallas? So many yellow dots in our JV's! I thought HAS had given up on these areas. Apparently not :-))))

Does the Yangibana south west extension go into our JV too?

I appreciate the response @Fingers. And I guess if it was political, it might explain why there was no mention of utilisation levels or labour/shifts in the PFS. If it was (implicitly) based on 8 or 12 hours a day and (near) 24 hours a day is now possible, then it does indeed mean doubling or tripling capacity is relatively easy. Have you got a link to where KC or Rodney discusses these aspects?

I hope @Kiran's paying attention to that map in any discussions he may or may not be currently engaged in. ;-)

In fact I've just noticed the green triangles in our JV's which would suggest they've already drilled some holes with assays pending - so news imminent on that front too! :-))))

@Fingers you seem on the ball with most things EMH, but I have yet to understand why you pursue the notion that multiple shifts aren't already in the plan "with explanation of second and third shifts". What makes you think they aren't? I've never seen a mining PFS that only considers a single shift, that would be a massive under-utilisation of CapEx and would make no economic sense. They are all 24/7 operations with minimal down time. As far as I'm aware the same is planned for Cinovec and this would have been reflected in the project economics reported in the PFS.

If you could supply some links that suggest certain aspects of the operation are only planned to be worked on for 8 or 12 hours a day (a single shift) that would help support your case. You might even persuade me ;-)

LoL @Barksy! And we should get news on that tomorrow subsequent to the Brazilian 1.5 day holiday that ends 2pm today their time. Might even be first thing tomorrow which would be nice. :-) The news we have taken 20% of Amapa is also imminent and may land at the same time or a little later (or before!), but of course could still be many weeks, months even, away. This is a VERY complicated deal to finalise.

As previously noted: VERY roughly based on CURRENT mining schedules my CONSERVATIVE valuation (and everyone has their own) is:

Yangibana JV: 5% of HAS Mcap = £8m

And there is serious talk of AUD$1 on hot copper if rare earth prices continue to rise feeding into quite a spectacular NPV.

If only we were still called Rare Earth Minerals - the spotlight would be shining on us! ;-)

Certainly one to keep an eye on the coming days/weeks :-))))

I would hope he knows @Barksy! But you never know, HAS are doing all they can to hold out drilling our areas further in the hope we buckle and sell out IMHO. But I suspect it'll be officially announced in their 2021 drilling programme sometime soon. Either way, it's an exciting development from our perspective. Anyone able to confirm?

For the record, I believe it was judged in our favour a week ago yesterday and published a week ago today, therefore according to: "and once the Ruling is effective (up to one week from the date of publication)", if all is going to plan the ruling could become effective today: they are currently 3 hours behind us. If it becomes effective first thing and we decide to RNS this could be lunchtime or later, otherwise tomorrow. Of course it may not be going to timetable or plan, and even if it is, we may decide not to RNS until more substantial news is ready - such as ore is on the move! :-)))

The location of SOME of Gerald's ore @tomcat if "and GERALD METALS owns $ 400 million in ore stocks, estimated at four million tons (2.8 million in the yard in Santana and 1.2 million in Pedra Branca do Amapari )." is to be believed, the latter being the location of the mine.

which seems to correspond with that reported recently in the courts. So why different to 1.39Mt we state? If there is ~1.6Mt of additional iron ore that can be shipped before the mine is recommissioned it's a bit of a game changer at today's iron ore prices, even if others currently have claim over it! @Kiran?
