@TJ. I can only speak for myself, but I'd like to think others who are in a similar position of understanding might think similarly. I believe we are significantly undervalued and am therefore continuing to add to my holding here, despite it being quite considerable: I know a good return to risk opportunity when I see one! Therefore I'd like to continue to add as low as possible as I believe the next equity raise, assuming we don't sell assets, will happen AFTER we have announced going to 20% of Amapa, and the share price multi-bagging from here. Wait a minute, perhaps I should STFU, don't want to increase the number of knowledgeable holders beating the bid up! LoL ;-)

LoL @Barksy. I guess that applies both ways. For some I'll deserve it if it all goes pear shaped, and for others I'll deserve it if we go to the moon. ;-)

I'm sure those who have a good grasp of the situation and potential are quite happy for the share price to stay below 20p. ;-) I might even get my duodecuple in. :-)))

LoL @degsie. They don't HAVE to. They could decide not to, and leave it to the courts to decide if they have the power to demote them to unsecured creditor status. Having said that I think it's quite likely we'll see an agreement very soon though! It's in everybody's interests.

I'm not sure what you mean @degsie. DEV can ship ore before there is an agreement in place with the banks. Up to $10m net of it. :-))) Looks like first load is scheduled for the end of next month/beginning of April.

Presumably news on this commencing must be imminent if DEV is to commence loading at the end of next month? How long did you figure it takes @tomcat? 3 weeks?

LoL @jupitar. With a little over a million shares no wonder @Kiran is smiling. He won't be in this for 100's of thousands, it'll be millions of £££ which I'm sure he sees as a possibility if demand for Lithium, rare earths and iron ore pan out as he is forecasting! I'm hoping he's aiming for a half billion, perhaps even billion market cap - I know I would be in his situation given what's we've got. What potential! And just one little itsy bitsy, shouldn't be that hard, agreement to finalise get the ball really rolling! ;-)

The way I see it @Dallas is that if an agreement with BCN can't be reached then we'll default to sharing our proportion of the funding and the fortunes.

Indeed @EV_Bull Anyone had a stab at how much extra will likely be mined from our Sonora JV's if they start at 20ktpa and increase to 40ktpa for 19 years, rather than the current plan of 17.5ktpa/35ktpa? And how much of the additional NPV will be associated with KDNC? Personally I think they'll increase beyond 50ktpa and for longer than 19 years, but one step at a time. :-)

Of course it could be just that they rounded up from 20ktpa, when in fact they intend to start at 17.5ktpa, and increase to 35ktpa and beyond 50ktpa in steps of 17.5ktpa:

I'm of the view that they are planning on starting at 20ktpa, and this was an accidental cat out of the bag moment which the markets haven't appreciated the implications for our JV's and potential value to KDNC :-)))

Well there's certainly enough news on the horizon that could tip us over it! Starting with HAS's fantastic news the past few days. Quite curious we haven't heard anything about that. Assay's on our JV's; planning to drill them. And then there is news on movement of iron ore to the port which will presumably land soon. The list goes on...

I agree @Dallas, and one of the reasons I'm very heavily invested in here. The market just doesn't get what we've got IMHO, and is still behaving as if we have a noose of a CLN round our neck which could bring us down. No more, well, nearly no more! LoL ;-)

LoL @Dallas. Cost value certainly underscores their value, but to use that in a current valuation is a little, shall we say, conservative... Though I suppose you can only be pleasantly surprised if we end up selling for more than cost! ;-)

We really are @Barksy, especially since at the AGM it was stated there is now only $250k outstanding on the CLN which is scheduled to be fully repaid by April this year.

I'm not sure why I didn't notice this before, but there are a fair few green triangle "Assays pending" in our JV areas, meaning we could get an update on these imminently! Take a look in the loop, and between the Yangibana North and Bald Hill strike.
