The only reason I can think of why KDNC might try to persuade DEV not to ship is if the banks have threatened withdrawal from negotiations. And if they did withdraw, they then risk going to unsecured status. Could be a very delicate situation. Regardless, an RNS is deserved IMHO unless we are so close to completion... Even if it is to simply say the banks have declared they won't appeal to a higher court - which may not even be possible as they've done that already.

And by "we" I mean DEV in this instance.

LoL @Dallas. I've lost count of the number of times we've though we've been able to ship to only be told that someone's appealed. Are you so certain that this time they haven't appealed once again, perhaps to the highest court in the country?

Whether we will ship is another question. I think the courts would not smile favourably on us if we delayed waiting for our 20% take up. That isn't in the spirit of what they have just authorised...

4p was around $200m at the time. There sure is potential in them there hills! No doubt that estimate was based on decent prices and our JV's being mined first. Neither are the case - at the moment! ;-)

Therefore: 20% of £149 added to 20% of £138m = £29.8m + £27.6m = £57.4m ;-)

Lithium prices and Rare Earth prices recover strongly (as they appear to be) and we could indeed be looking at the valuations you mention (for Sonora, I don't think $200m was ever mentioned for Yangibana! Wasn't it £50m? @Dallas will remember). Until then ~5% (very broadly) of HAS's market cap is my best estimate of how much Yangibana is worth to KDNC today. Yours? ;-)

While negligible exploration for lithium has been undertaken in the Litchfield project (explaining a dearth of drilling & geochemical results), the exploration upside is significant given Core Lithium has produced some of the best intercepts in Australia.

Wow - I'd missed that @jimb2! The target production is currently 15kt and by one measure (5kt + 7.5kt + 2.5kt) they are there before taking into account the other two off-takers they are currently in discussions with! :-)))

This is great news for the future prospects of our JV's! Personally I hope when the time is right we swap them for 5-15% of HAS, rather than cash equivalent, so we continue to have Rare Earth exposure, including dividends (to KDNC, not to KDNC shareholders) at production.

Implies the current EMH PFS is based on a single 8 hour shift. That is just crazy! And indicates huge upside in going to 2 or 3 shifts - as @Fingers has been shouting from the rooftops for years. LoL. I should have listened harder ;-)
