Indeed, fantastic prospects @EV! To my eyes the more the project progresses without us taking our 20% means the greater de-risking and the greater the re-rate when we finally take it. Feels like a no-brainer to keep adding here at the moment. IMHO. DYOR.
Indeed they'd have to be very careful to disclose before buyback started and the details of it. I'm guessing you weren't around these parts when they did have the authorisation last, but never used it. We discussed the various options to death at the time, as you can no doubt imagine! LoL. ;-)
@EV. I think you misunderstand what I was suggesting. Ideally they'd buy say 5-10% of the company at 23p on the open market into treasury and then sell those shares back onto the market or to another party, for multiples of this post 20/27% news, perhaps to (part) raise the funds necessary to take us to 49%. Anyways it's moot, they don't have the authorisation, and besides, if they did start buying at 23p with the volume as it is, it would likely push up the share price, which would be annoying for some. LoL.
@Bannor: "I'll keep the remaining £16K available for the breakthrough RNS". If the RNS is a decent one, I'm curious to know the highest price you'll be happy buying at? Or is that a closely guarded secret!? ;-). Unless it comes during trading hours and you are VERY quick I'll be surprised if you manage to get in below 30p, perhaps not even below 40p. But who knows? Did I mention that AIM is weird? LoL. ;-)
Indeed @EV. The BoD and partners are confident the deal is a fait accompli otherwise the project wouldn't be progressing at pace. Everything I'm seeing tends to point in that direction too, and since a placing, CLN, issue of options or the like before news taking us well higher than today is quite unlikely in my view I'm perfectly happy for the share to go as low as it wants before news and whilst I'm adding. Of course I sympathise with those who have to sell, but it really is a matter of each to their own - ignore the fudsters, they'll soon turn to fomo's LoL. I believe the project is progressing and we'll take 20%, perhaps even 27% ownership at some point soon, perhaps today even. That's my belief. I could be wrong.
Indeed @EV. On that case a "Dispatch Conclusions" perhaps carries more importance. We'll see. The SP's a bit of a gift horse at the moment if this is it, and especially so with EMH and iron ore prices rallying the past few days, not to mention Lithium prices! :-))
Thanks @degsie! It's great news that works which benefits the project, including our JV's, have started without us having to pay a penny! :-))) Whether it's RNS worthy only @Kiran knows. LoL. @Kiran - take a look at the updated mining schedule in figure 8 of the July 27 HAS news release.
So it does @EV. I missed that! Feels promising. I suspect the BoD will try to get as far as they can with the process before RNS'ing, but if we spot something unequivocal beforehand they'll release an intermediary one. I've topped up this week, but for the last time...? What does your company watching source, which I failed to find say?
