George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
I'd say it's got to be odds on we'll get news of a partnership/contract or at least a name drop of these:
"Discussions are currently ongoing with both a major automotive group and with an alternative combustion manufacturer to potentially partner on exciting future developments relating to the Charger. In addition, the Inspirit team is also exploring opportunities to collaborate with other automotive groups, where the potential exists to achieve the same significant performance enhancements that we have achieved to date with automotive combustions engines."
before the end of May. :-)
30%!!!!! lol.
" It is anticipated that the unit could produce up to a 30% performance enhancement on certain commercial engines, consequently reducing CO2 emissions."
I just can't understand why someone hasn't called the cops by now. I mean - this can't be true right? JG needs to explain what is this magic machine he has created!
Did you enjoy your waffle @masonmaster? Looks like it's on the menu for lunch too ;-)
I SUPPOSE it's not beyond the realms of possibility that as a consequence of:
"THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONTAINS INSIDE INFORMATION FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE MARKET ABUSE REGULATION (EU No. 596/2014) AS IT FORMS PART OF UK DOMESTIC LAW BY VIRTUE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION (WITHDRAWAL) ACT 2018."
we might now see the new directory buying on market...?
oooh. Missed this from January:
"Further phase two testing, again conducted in Poland, introduced the use of the Company's technology, the Helix Accelerator. Use of the Helix Accelerator resulted in a near doubling in the power output achieved to 64kW, using the same automotive engine as the phase one trial."
64kW to 97kW is much more credible.
If they were serious about getting the word out, they'd be doing interviews. Also why hasn't the new director bought any shares on market? This is bloody huge if true!
" It is anticipated that the unit could produce up to a 30% performance enhancement on certain commercial engines, consequently reducing CO2 emissions."
Trouble is they never seem to provide sufficient information to prevent those who hold from selling into any rise. I'm guessing news of a deal is what's really going to make fingers sticky! lol. Could be soon...
Wait a minute, end of May is soon! End of April is sooner! lol. Will they FINALLY deliver on time?
The best I got is that the 34kW previously announced is 34KWe, and they've decided to report the 97kW as thermal. Regardless of the truth of the matter (assuming it's not made up nonsense), at least 34kWe is pretty impressive, and if I'm wrong and it's 97kW electric and not thermal that's mind blowing! lol.
And 97kW isn't the end off it, it's targeted to reach 131kW by the end of May! Witchcraft I say! lol
I mean it must be made up - how can any logically minded person in their right mind believe that something that was being reported as harnessing 34kW of waste power last year has suddenly jumped to 97kW with ZERO explanation. It's got to be a made up figure or dark magic right? lol
The 34kW reported last year, has increased to 97kW with an intended peak performance of 131kW is pretty impressive right? Right!? Or maybe it's made up nonsense as they aren't telling us if it's electric or thermal or what the total energy in, or mechanical power output this is off? That's right, because we haven't been told all the details of the likely commercially sensitive trial information it must be made up and meaningless right? Wrong! lol.
lol. Indeed. INSP seems to marmite opinion - those that believe this company is going places, albeit very slowly due to the stated delays and recent pivoting to WHR, or those that believe it's a very long winded lifestyle AIM scam forever doomed to failure. You take's your pick, though at this SP we are probably talking a 10x'er if it's the former, so perhaps it's worth the gamble eh!? ;-)
My advice: ignore the waffle on here. ;-)
"The commercial potential would seem boundless and Inspirit is extremely optimistic about the commercial prospects for the business. To the best of our understanding, we remain unique in this space at a time where manufactures of combustion engines are seeking to create more efficient engines for commercial vehicles. "
As far as I'm aware this hasn't been presented to the wider market yet on any forum except here, and maybe twitter? Page 4 will catch the attention of bargain hunters if our SP is still in the doldrums then.

Our annual report due in the next few months should reflect this growth in book value very favourably.
Take a read through this to get a feel for what is on the near horizon. A liquidity event should see the SP much higher IMHO towards NAV, but DYOR...

Low volume on AIM means single holders exiting or gaming it can move the market way beyond fair value. On the bright side, all it takes is a single holder wanting in to move it the other way...
And the first of that news is "imminent", and should land tomorrow.
No update yet, but presumably by the end of the week following next?
