Think what Surety meant was the share price will be dependent on Morocco, Namibia and Power news, until(if) this Angola deal gets signed.

"Closing of the acquisition is expected in H2 2026." For those hoping the deal will be closed soon, I wouldn't hold my breath. Wonder how low we will dip before that.

At 1.315p could have been a buy. Was quoted 1.3p to sell my lot today so would think selling 6mil would have been a bit lower than that.

One would think the price would be going up not down if indeed there were so many buys. I suspect that like most of the time the "buys"/ "sells" mean nothing on here. Awesome Oscillator is indicating we are in a dip again.

Why would they need to buy shares when they get them for free on top of their outrageous salaries. They just gave out massive share bonuses last December.

The only one buying in to it is Poroulis.. see he also chipped in another £190k via the OO. Probably saw that the numbers for OO didn't look good so tried to bump them up.

They only got 69% take up on the OO. Looks like people are not buying what they are selling any more.

Someone just pieced out at 1.3p for 2mil shares, and plenty of other sells by the looks of it today. Tomorrows the big day. If placing and OO get approved the new shares will be hitting the market. Have been through 2 of these so far with Char, and the price dipped below the placing price both times, although in previous times they were not adding close to 50% more shares to the pool. Don't even want to think what will happen in the next few days.

Will probably get the shares by end of next week as the general meeting and vote to approve the placement is on the 11th. If it gets approved it usually takes up to a week(from previous experience subscribing to one of these using IG trading) to get the shares deposited.

My oversubscription was 36% and I got allocated the full amount.

Well it looks like I got allocated my full oversub amount for the OO. (Didn't put money in, just sold a trench and re-subed for the same amount to get shares with warrants).

Why tell us anything when they can print more shares as they see fit, and we are pretty much forced to gobble them up with the bare minimum of information. They give 0 fcks what we know or don't know.

*that is if there ever will be any upside to gain.. another 5 billion shares next year to buy a golden goose or some magic beans..

And for that reason I voted no on all propositions.

@Surfit If you don't mind me asking, how come you must buy. Can you not do what I did this morning?

The way ChatGPT explained it to me, the SP has to be above 2.4p for you to make any profit from them.

Let's say you have some warrant.s The SP hits say 3p. You call your warrants, which give you shares at 2.4p(to buy).

You then sell said shares at 3p and make a little profit.

Nope.. just swapping out shares without warrants for ones with warrants.
