The news it's great also, no doubt, the market could be huge and now it's time to close the deal.
We can't go on like this for long time, most of us are here for ages and we always support the company.
The BoD need us and we need them, if they want us to support and keep the company run, they need a deal urgent.
Let's wait for the deal now, which I suspect it's not long, may be next week.

Guys, does anyone here think all this news, right issues, GM has been planing before?
The news today was a big surprise for us, no one here was expecting 301 news.
They planing before to keep us calm? Now they can argue with us about 301 compound, and we can't say nothing.
The share value or creating value for shareholders still the same, we need urgent a JV for any compound

Well said ISAS, sometimes we are in the comfortable zone and we don't want to move. Now it's the time for us to decide if we want to continue there or move to the next step.

Torzk, that is the main problem here. We don't have any prof that they are in talks.

Even BIRDS can speak in my Country... lol

If we vote NO they can take the IP, the Company goes into admin, and they will be happy
If we vote YES, we can have a chance!

ISAS, if we vote NO we could be in trouble, if we vote YES we could be in trouble!

Which one is the better?

Redundancy, the problem is: they never say WHO they are in talk (s)

I understand those meetings takes time, but I'm sure will not be forever, one day they will reveal and those moaning here will disappear

Most of us (the genuine LTH) are here more than 8 years and We never sold one single share.

At the least we all here deserve something back

They can declare end of trial due lack of money and we will loose everything.

Why those guys are in panic with out to know the value?

Strange people, they are never happy

We're in trouble any way, if we say YES they will issue more shares

If we say NO they can or will stop the trials and the company can go down.

I'm not sure which one is the best

When we will get the value for the new shares? Any idea?
They will offer to us some shares at discount or they will continue to sell at low price?
