Torzek, this is why we still have a low volume after 01.25h of trade. We don't know how many shares they will issue and what price will be.
I'm waiting for my top up, but I'm in the middle Mate, if I buy at 2.86p and then the new shares could be 2p (I'll lose again). However, if I buy let's say Thursday the share price could be 4p (I'll lose again), difficult decision to be honest.
Plus all those empty space that we had before worries me and many of us here Mate.

I don't think the deal will be first, I believe they will rise the money and then deal & submit the paperwork

Sure, I'll wait for tomorrow to be honest Rightback. If they release the share price will be much better for us to take a decision, but I don't think they will.
Do you have time to go to the meeting? If so, please update us about what's happen there.
I believe the only think hold us now it's the share price that they will place, after that I think we will see a better price.
I can be wrong, but let's wait for tomorrow.

Do you think after all this hard work for years, they will sell VAL cheaper?
Why you guys still pressing the same bottom? Change the Vinyl side, we heard and read all this before.
I wonder why some people here NEVER invested in VAL come to this BB and talk about bad thinks.
Guys, give a break please and move on.
The deal will happen, if bad or not will be VAL - BoD decision and I'm sure they will look at themselves as well before they sign the paper.

Does VAL need to inform us when they submit all paper work to phase 3?
After submit the deal will be out or they will announce the deal and then submit?

Badshah, I couldn't vote this time. I'm on Holiday and out of the country, but I'm sure we will pass this for sure.

Frerdd, we have all the components to be successful compounds, company and team.
We just need now a JV to complete the circle.
Unexpected news today was really good for us and keep de-rampers (at the least one day out).
We still down (many of us), but I'm sure they will close the deal and transform VAL from AIM to FTSE250 one day in the future.

Well, after a busy day we finished in blue.
Good to see VAL and others investments that I have made in past to turn in good profit.
I just hope the positive momentum continue tomorrow and hopefully another RNS on Thursday and I'm sure the next one many of us will not complain... lol

Fourteen, I'm not Mate. I'm here for more than 6 years and never sold one single share.
I'm in massive profit in SAR, EVG, JAY and others (not massive), it's only VAL that I'm 50% down... lol
I've got nearly 50K invested here Mate (like many of us) and we are all down.
I'm not desperate (at the moment) lol....
