Hi Fredd, my previous post was based on other (s) deal's that I saw in the past. SAREUM & CRUK made a deal with Sierra Oncology (Canada & USA), but the terms of the deal wasn't real clear there.
They received upfront payment, some cash back from the RD and they still waiting for the milestone payment.
My brother in law works in Pharmacy Industry in Brazil and He's responsible for deal with small Bio pharmacy like VAL
I believe the deal it's almost the same in South America, Central America and USA & Canada. So here, I think will be the same if we close a deal with some USA Pharmacy
I'm not sure in Europe or Asia they do the same, but could be the same.
The Lung Cancer Market it's huge, and I believe $250 mil it's a good $$$$ and small when we compare with the target market (Worldwide)

Morning Geecee, I believe the deal will be around $250 mil (total) upfront £20m and milestone every 3 months when the compound show some progress.
However, I wonder how they will monitoring if we get a partner in Asia / USA and UK.

I saw last week on RMP and then RNS was out, we never know Mate.
The bid price was up by one small Sell and now 1 Sell, it's strange, but worth to keep an eye today.
If nothing happen, no problem we still have another 29 days for wait... lol
