Ok prime Gl … there is some news just through from returners … Ministry of Consumer Affairs said on Thursday it had opened an investigation into low-cost airlines over hand luggage and other fees, which result in the price most consumers pay being higher than the one that was initially advertised.

The probe could result in fines of up to one million euros ($1.09 million) regardless of the profit made from such fees, and as much as eight times the profit obtained, if it is in excess of one million euros, the ministry said in a statement. It did not name any specific airlines.

I think you could maybe make some dosh just before q4 results that should look good, but then everbody is at it with trading easyjet, the damage that is being done as in the customers reviews could be irreversible damage for easyjet future! Thanks Maphibian very kind of you ... but you hold onto it may need it over this winter time, cost of living is rising at staggering pace, disposable income will be significantly reduced for most of greedy jets core customers and it looks like the CEO will do anything to try to make easyjet look good on paper even at the expense of loseing future loyal customers (not a good idea unless you're going to retire soon and leave a mess for another CEO) you just can't treat customers the way they are saying in the reviews

In his prime at 51 .... New winter bookings will be dismal to non existent, payback of compensation/ refunds unfair treament for 6 yrs back is on the cards, covid rush is nearly over and there are so many customers have had bad experiences with their getaway and easyjet, going by the reviews things dont seem that ok!

Reppyrr, I understand your point, even though I am the opposite of that and leave good reviews when I have had a good experience, but the things easyjet customers are saying surely need to be addressed.

Tavern …I don’t short, but sp will probably end down at the end of the day, and reading the easy reviews things certainly don’t look okay from those customers perspective… just a matter of time before they are made to reimburse people for refunds and compensation over the last six years or more!
