As a normal investor this morning - I would have been happy to pay £3.50 a share.... but the world is full of investor nuts who don't know how to interpret exceptional good results....

I'm selling my £40k . BP's best days are firmly behind it... the share price reaction is utterly pathetic and is a sign to come I am afraid that BP was last century.

Exceptional results - but woeful market reaction. should be up 5% min.

very poor sp response to above exceptional performance.... Of all the shares I own, this one looks the most promising in terms of how the company is actually performing...

Doesnt make sense this down 2% when crude oil beyond 65 dollars and increasing .5%.... can't figure that out - non-sensical correlation.

I've bought a lot of these, but as the months go on, I question how many years and fund raisers will be needed to keep RR afloat. I may have been too optimistic as I really cannot see anything resembling normal returning for another 3 years. I can see this share price in the range 70-80 pence by year end... unfortunate... but I'm also willing to top up on the way down, as the company is fundamentally excellent... so happy to buy into the recovery.

Yes - its been a pretty poor / awful share to own! Dropping consistently over last few days despite the abundance of optimism out there at the moment! I won't be buying more PERIOD! Looking to offload - and focus on those companies (almost all of my holdings) that are consistently performing.

Well - the dividend was paid today and the share price went down. That tells me enough about this share. I ain't investing one more red cent in this one - its shown to be a long-term under-performer... Other's will point out its doubled and then some, but its down £20.00 + since the highs it reached a few years ago. I'd be happy for any company to pay £6.00 a share - I'd take that and move on. The company - with the exception of the Amazon deal - is overall a flop with year on year sales declines. I can only compare it to my last worst investment - Fastjet - and its not much further behind.

Can anyone answer a question about the impact of buy-backs. I've seen lots of big impressive buybacks in my time, but none of them have any long-term impact on the share price.... what is the actual purpose of this? In this case, Barclays has barely moved in the since the buybacks commenced.... don't understand the point of them!

Klozza - not everything Amazon touches will turn to gold! That applies to this one as much as any other.

Agree -strong short. Is it worth even a few pence? The model is loss making and its operating in a highly competitive environment. Nothing unique about Deliveroo whatsoever and now lock down is easing quite a bit, I see no reasons to own these shares whatsoever... Strong strong sell! Good luck holders.... you're going to need nerves of steel to stay in this one.

Agree - this could easily fall a £1 in a day or more... £1000 investments are worth £650... that fall is nothing... this company has no USP, loads of competition, heavily loss making and will be subject to enhanced regulation. Strong sell!

I call this business one of busy fools - working for nothing. I don't think the shares are honestly worth 10 penxe each. I won't be investing at all, ever!

On a really good trading day - this one has tanked. regardless of the 150% increase, this is one of the worst performing shares in my portfolio... £35k investment still only worth £17k.... No other share in my portfolio comes close. And we're supposed to be in recovering mode.... awful. wish I never heard of this company

Anyone know why the wind is blowing in the wrong direction for BT today... seems strange that its share price is falling on a day when for many other companies are doing well?

This is one share that will keep on taking in my opinion... I cannot see any commercial reason as to how this company will succeed - it had the most accommodating circumstances this last year and made a loss. Only way is down in my opinion - the company is worth probably half a billion if that... its basically a bunch of people on bikes delivering food - the same service that takeaways offered for decades... strong strong sell!!!!!!!!!!!!!

perma.bear - that's where you and I differ fundamentally. Banks are heavily capitalised and have set aside provisions which haven't even been used. The amount of money in my home country in the financial system is astounding - same as everywhere else. There is no doubt going to be significant inflationary pressures on the back of rising disposable income, savings and demand. Banks have learnt significant lessons in the last ten years - and they always collateralise their loans to fullest extent possible. We'll see. But I'm buying more...

All I can say is thank heavens I didn't buy any - I never would have anyways. I don't believe in this model as a model for profitability. I musty be one of the few that have never used a meal delivery app... For me -- short term fad, easy to replicate as you don't need much to start one up. Can see this at £1 or less next year.

Fair value for Ocado imo =£2.00 at a push!
