If this placing, warrants and dilution is indeed for the long term benefit of ALL shareholders, and has been conducted in an entirely transparent, legal and morally correct fashion then the chief executive would not have an issue with saying as much...today.

It has already been stated that DB were effectively given 10% of our company and now de risked they were on a free ride.
Having now been told in advance of this placing, they sold out and we’re gifted a much lower buy back price. Why hasn’t LR stepped in to provide protection for ALL holders. Firstly we suffer from the falling sp and to rub salt into the wound we are diluted once more with a placing at 28% discount, this absolutely stinks. Those involved should hang their heads in shame.

Everybody is discussing jv, outright sale etc but surely being open both along the fault and at depth, is It not conceivable that LR simply announces a new drilling programme that could both extend the size of the inferred asset and convert more of the existing asset to indicated. I’m not suggesting that this should happen but am interested in everyone’s views.

My personal feelings towards an offer of 75% of what is an extremely conservative price target would be unprintable, suffice it to say absolutely not acceptable.
We need management to focus on the avoidance of faux pas, to prove up the asset and put our company back to where we should be. We all own a share of an amazing opportunity and we are overdue the benefit of having become involved early and having funded the progress to date.
