Whilst I would agree that the ceo targets are not overly taxing, consider what both he and the wider company under his leadership has achieved.
I personally have no concerns over his remuneration and look forward to witnessing what else he can achieve for the company that we all own a part of. Talent once recognised should be both rewarded and retained.

AGM notes, (abridged) Kate Hill and John Murray re elected. Kate Hill reported…It’s been a good year, significant progress across aviation including ****pit. Euro ncap testing is now closely aligned with see tech. Auto demand growing significantly. We are substantially further along the road (as a company) than we were a year ago, under the leadership of the ceo and his leadership team. No questions asked in reference to the AGM.

Airbus‘ Project Connect will facilitate a reduced ****pit crew member capacity

Hong Kong-based Cathay Pacific and European Airbus have initiated Project Connect, where a minimum number of ****pit crew members (2 pilots) are required to fly a long-haul aircraft. This reduced ****pit crew member capacity will replace the existing capacity of 3-4 pilots present on all long-haul flights. Project Connect will give the liberty of only 1 pilot to be present in the ****pit in rotation. When one pilot breaks for rest, the other can take the former’s place in the ****pit.

Cathay Pacific established that it was brainstorming methods to facilitate the appointment of reduced-crew members.

German airline Lufthansa also stated that it had worked on a similar program.

Absent friends imho is partly down to a depressing sp, but if we’re honest it’s also reflecting the self destructive nature that we as a discussion board are currently in.
I agree that Cjen deserves our thanks for his efforts in producing a balanced report.
We all do have well founded concerns, for me that would be the appalling sp and a potential second project. Time efforts and money should remain in Toral. But let’s not forget we also have a fantastic asset that just gets better. The achievements to date are impressive, and the reasoning behind the nature of on-site work is also fantastic. Here endeth my efforts at balanced comments.

littleathena1, the AGM was open to everyone yet only 2 turned up, but even that was more than last year. Of all who were able to vote only 20% bothered. Of those who did vote 80% voted yes to everything. I’m not looking for an argument but that ship has sailed, are you trying to put off new investors and destroy the company’s prospects?

when the world finally realises what is blatantly obvious to the rest of us, then the years of spending spare cash buying small pieces of an obscure Aussie tech company will make it all worthwhile.
