On the equity raise, I have always maintained a 10p minimum price, as this tied in with JMs statement on the Orion deal being equivalent to a deal done at 10p. However as nickel is pushing into the realms of Vermelho phase 1 profitability maybe the equity bit may be higher.

I suppose that’s part of the dilemma of not giving away future upside by dilution greater than we have to. Hoping that our main shareholders, Teck & Glencore plus Orion will act in protecting theirs and our interests at set a good price premium for the raise.

Not to mention the Cobalt.

Inter though there Kiwi. Got to admit if November update shows some good figures and with the February upgrades, we got to be a sitting target with our low SP. So if it isn’t PayPal I’m sure others at some point will be looking us over.

Not sure myself on the location, but it was acquired from Glencore, so it may well be the Araguaia north site. (But I’m speculating there).

Nice to see Nickel starting the week above $16,200. Hoping for a positive week on the SP front.

I think that Institutional Investors who grasp where BTC is heading may force the price higher as they buy and hold, less stock in the market.

Not sure historical charts can be relied under protracted buying, but then I’m no chartist, so be interested to hear any views on that front.

Will be adding a few more this week if I can get below 10p. Hopefully the price will play ball, but won’t complain if we start to move up.

Ok, so decided to add a few more today, now upto 450K (across my ISA & SIPP). Will aim to get to 500K hopefully this week.

Feel the SP is way behind where it should be based on $14/15K earnings for this month and going forward.

Totally agree, this is big boy Finance. PI’s won’t get a look in on the Equity Raise.

Personally feel it will be around 10p. That 121 mining discussion reinforced my view that Orion will be in for more, hence my view them, Glencore & Teck will ensure a the premium to today’s SP.

Whether the SP will be below 10p on announcing the deal is questionable. We may be above it if institutional investors don’t get much of an allocation in the Raise.

Sounded positive to me, but must admit not quite sure what happens beyond re-listing. (Only hold 2m as a speculative shot, so maybe easier for me to let things take there course).

Did ask Space Robot on Twitter, he holds 30m shares who feels the upside potential is enormous, but needs to see the RTO deal details.

Did they hold MWG. If so, it’s probably a consolidation of their holdings. But good if it’s actually an increase from their last position

Agree that the content on the BBC article is a bit lax, to say the least. However, it’s a mainstream publication, so gets more attention and so allows Bitcoin a bit more publicity to the mass market.

Suppose it depends on your timeline for investing as if you have missed the boat or not.
This share allows you invest indirectly in Bitcoin within a ISA or SIPP wrapper.

Personally would buy in stages as BTC is volatile and ther may be a pull back. Having said that we have seemed to lag the market and looking for a bit of catch-up.
