Still a million miles away from my first top slice target of 20-25p. . . My average cost is around 16.5p (from memory).

Hi Franky, well most people applying for a loan of this interest rate would surely be in a stressed state of mind. . . I know I certainly would . I agree genuine complaints should be upheld and paid out. . . Grey, its a balanced view of taking the FOS decision and paying the fee or paying out, finally the dodgy ones should be sifted out ....I would like to see a counter claim by Amigo to all those claims that are not true. Amigo should not be in the position of taking it up the rear, without an "I love you" and having to pay for the privilege.

What I find amazing with the "complaint culture" is that whilst there are probably some mistakes that have been made, with regards second loans, however with regards to the loans in general, they are being taken out by free thinking adults. Amigo have not pushed them. The loans have been provided to people that contacted Amigo with the expressed interest of needing a loan. If the claimants were to come back in the future for a loan, I would decline them.

RNS news should come within the next month. I am expecting some new / existing shareholding increases, given the size of some of these trades over the last week or so. an RNS with an update on complaints and trading re-commencement for sure. I think it would be quite timely within the first month of office, from Mr G Jennison. Truth be told, my initial response to you would have been, I have no idea. . . but when I thought about it, I came up with the above.

It is a little frustrating when you have gone with your gut AND done the most research and you see VELA fly up nearly 50% at one point today. . . Our day will come. . . patience is a virtue and all that.

HI Franky, that is a fair perspective . . . a new CFO with a track record of recovery, might help. It is difficult to know for sure whether the current CFO is a good CFO or a poor CFO. We have heard many negative posts and the attitude of JB. I take the view that one person cannot have sole responsibility for the current position. It is surely wider than that. Would Gary Jennison, leading the team make a difference? Lets see. . .

This thread seems to house the more sane and rational amungst us. Why are there many comments calling for Nayan to go? What is this all about?

Murphy, look at the L2 board now. . . some sells have appeared on the sell side and this is what I am talking about. Not as bad as previous days, but they seem to be there to prevent the sell side from rising.

I think this will break through to 10p today.

So far, I think this will run its course today. . There was a 600k or so buy at around 8.8p yesterday on the l2 buy side which did not go through. . There could be some twists and turns. The first hour might be interesting.

I think there might be more being read into this than what meets the eye. RCA is a technique / process to identify true root causes and problems in systems and processes. This would be a role for someone to assist management in identifying the causes of problems and weakness.

Hi Murphy, I will say that you need to pay attention to the L2 Sell board. It will appear obvious when the share price is being held down in a systematic way. Any rational investor would not list 5000 shares , numerous times, 1p apart.

Hi Murphy, you know I don't think the senitment has really changed. This BB has reacted poorly to the share price drop and RNS. Both of which are not bad, but it seems to have brought some negative thoughts and resentment. The share price drop, in my view, was engineered to fill some larger orders. Having watched the L2 board for many days now on this share, there are patterns emerging / levels of familiarity / de je vu. I am not going as far to predict what is happening from here on in, as that would be futile, but I would not be surprised to see a blue day tomorrow / Thursday.

lol. . . In my defence where were a couple more shortly after, buy I was 00.06 out. . I feel depressed and ashamed. :-P
