For me, the 1p-1.5p price is where most of believe it should already be, so selling at that point makes little sense. It would make the position of holding the shares a little more comfortable. . . . Selfishly, I do not want the shares to rise too much too soon, as I am waiting for HL to have their Bed and ISA process back up and running.

I am not selling any of my shares. I will be there when AZ cracks open the Champers or has to turn the lights out. . . . Far too invested to think otherwise. . . . Happy Friday all!

I suspect this recent share increase and flat line has been used as an opportunity to phase out the shareholders looking for smaller gains. I suspect the percentage of long term holders has been consolidated and just playing the waiting game. We will see.

Because a few weeks ago it was almost half of half a pence and now it is double of nearly half of half a pence.

I’m not convinced we will see 0.8p for very long.... if at all....my gut says we are going to hover between 0.52-0.64 for the foreseeable and then if news comes that we are expected, it will fly straight past it.....

Morning All, just remember the price now means nothing. . . Long term this is shaping up to be a wealth making machine. The pieces are being put very carefully into place, still at a quite rapid pace. Patience is all that is required. July August time I was thinking this could be a good little short to make a few ££, but having spent time looking around, researching what I can and reading what some good contributors are putting up on this BB, this is now amostly 1-3 year investment for me. There is a small pot of shares that I will be slicing out, as most will be doing. Keep Calm and have a good one! GLA GLALTH. . .

I don't tend to filter users personally. . I think it brings a balanced view of rational, sensible people offset with those with strange and bizarre views.

Hi Dai2belts.... well the devil is in the detail....I simply do not know....legally i suppose if you are selling the stock, then it should be reported as a sale, but would surely mess up the gp ratios.... if you are leveraging the stock for cash, the stock should still show on the balance sheet, as stock should stay on the balance sheet sheet if you have control of it....will be very interesting to see how all of this works with the standards .... I had it even tried to think about it until now... sadly I have been just too busy with work..we haven’t even considered VAT yet and if that would be implicated....

I imagine, based on my limited understanding of SYME, you will have a situation where you sell the stock in exchange for secured notes, then the notes exchanged for cash.... it won’t have an effect to the current assets.... other than reclassification of stock to cash .... it must be done by way of note to the accounts..... the only time it will have an affect on the balance sheet will be if the secured notes are for a period of longer than a year as net present value calculations will be required..... I am an accountant but I don’t work with large companies...

I had an issue with HL, where an automated trade and a manual trade went through at the exact same time. A very rare occurance. I immediately sold, well when shares went up as high as they could and sold. I lost out about £27. I reported it to HL only for the purposes of letting them know that it should not be possible on their website. . . They agreed. . They also, out of the blue refunded me the losses I had incurred. . . I didnt even ask for it or expect it.

Remember, this has been a fantastic week. The speculation has driven the price close to where it should be, all things being equal. . . . To be honest I was very surprised to see such a rise this morning. Today has been a good result. . . better than I expected. I expect a slight drop with no RNS. . . Fair Play. . Stand Firm. . Have a great weekend. Hopefully an RNS soon.

Well I am now wide awake and can honestly say I slept like a baby. . Surprising to be honest. . . Good Luck Everyone! Half tempted to try and completely ignore the BB, L2 and HL today. . . That will be a challenge!!! If so I have failed already. . .

I was setting up a rules based approach to realising gains and setup a few limit orders. I put the wrong price in and some shares sold. . . I managed to buy back in without losing too many. about 1000-2000 shares. (Attention to detail NS20)
