Hand on heart, I suspect that if this takes off in a big way, there will be a takeover offer, or there will be a bigger bank , like HSBC , that can replicate the technology. Yes I think we may make a bit from this, but I am under no illusion that it will change my life. I have about 1.75m shares at the minute, at 0.40p. With the majority shareholders being close to the company, they will have the option of saying. . Option 1. . Keep the business going to make more, or Option 2, take the money and chill the the rest of their days. . .

For someone with insider information to sell at a loss, is ringing the alarm bells. . . I don't think it is over for Amigo just yet, but she is in very Choppy waters.

After reading the RNS and looking how this was going to play out, I decided that my 13.5k loss was going to be crystallised as I did not have an appetite for a loss greater than that. I do not think this has hit the bottom yet. . I hope that I am wrong and genuinely wish you all the best. If there is sign of progress I may return however the risk / reward ratio has now swung too far for me to remain invested.

I want to know what the Auditors have been up to. . . For the Provision to increase so radically, in such a short time since the AGM, they want their b**** dragging over the coals.

If the market seems to like a share price that is around 20-25% of NAV, we could see a red few days where the share price tanks to the 4-5p level. . . Hopefully not though.

With the increase in claims provision, we are looking at 18p per share now, assuming there is a break even for Q2. It stands to reason that lending will not restart unless the borrowing facility can be extended. Considering the cash available and the lending provision needed, the borrowing facility must remain in place. . . This could be interesting. . .

I am quite surprised. . I geniunely thought that an RNS would be due, considering the critical nature of the fact that 30th October was a key date with the FCA. Good or Bad, we shoudl be updated.

There is an implication of a pending RNS at, or shortly after, the end of October. This was the key date mentioned in the Q1 results that was given as a deadline with the FCA. I am assuming that the Asset VReq being implimented on 19 October that there could well be a further extention. I am inclined to expect a delay of the end of November. This next month is quite critical in my view.

You may be right, this does sound logical and perhaps the right course of action.

It could be that the new CEO has halted all redress payments until the investigation with the FCA has been finalised and processed confirmed for both moving forward and existing complaints. If this is the case, then it is a prudent move. It just goes to show how desparate the clients are for money if they are taking to Trustpilot to complain as well. I would hate to be at that point where I am so desparate for money.

Hi all, for those that don't have L2 access, this is a snapshot of the L2 Sell side, showing all the traders that are looking to sell and rpice that they are asking. It is very unusual to see such a vast difference on this share. IE SCAP compares to the other MM Traders.

End of October came from AZ. I recall him stating it. That is the date in which the monetisations are due to be complete.

Hi Gabriel, first and foremost it is really encouraging that my comments have not been met with "deramping accusations". . . So thank you all. . . I am cautiously optimistic about Amigo. . . I am wondering if a takeover offer will come in as one of the RNS's.

RNS wise it is difficult to predict, however my hunch is that the relending may well be announced when the Q2 results are formally reported, so towards end orf November on this one.

The next RNS, in my view will be an update on complaints, IE where we are now and what the current cost is. Based upon the current share price, which is about 3/4 of the NAV, I see the market is expecting the provision to be increased or the complaint / FCA fine cost to have increased. (Anything better is a bonus and I will not be disappointed).

The next key RNS may be preceeded by a TR1, as we have had some reasonable buys this week or so. The game is certainly afoot.

I do not believe the the Voluntary Asset Requirement will be retracted until the complaints are at least 60%-80% settled and resolved.

Hi Gabriel, while I am hopeful of kind of share price in this timeframe, I am reserving final judgement on the back of a complaints update. If complaints have increased, this could really eat into our NAV. . . . This could go either way in the next few months. . a share price increase or a cold winter of 2021 with a share price not too dissimilar of where we are now. For II's to get heavily involved again, I think we need to see some positive news. Everything else at this very moment is spectulation. I have bet £27k of my own money that this will come good, but I have accepted that there are risks.
