Exactly, a transaction of this nature is unlikely to be signed off later at night ready for a 0730 RNS. It is odds on for an Intraday RNS IMO.

I suspect they will be fully subscribed. Another method might be if it is oversubscribed, they might apportion it, IE if you request 200,000 shares and they have twice as many applicants, we all get 50% of the OO.

The OO being 0.065p??? I can't quite remember been a very busy week.

Applying early might be wise, if they use a first come first serve basis.

When you are nursing a heavy loss, it is very easy not to sell. The test comes when the share price rises and you are in profit. Some say the key is to have a plan. Some people will sit and hold, some people will have a slicing strategy, some people will seek to get their initial investment back as soon as practically possible. Finally, some people do not have a plan and sell on emotion, which can be a good thing for some, but bad for most. It looks like a plan will be needed for us LTH's, if you have not already got one.
