I would not go as far as to make that kind of description at this stage. I am down about £30k, but in all fairness it is a high risk high reward game, when investing in start ups. £30k is a lot of money to me, but it does not get me down. This is how I know I am happy to have invested. My attitude to investment risk is such that it is a punt. This is money I would have probably spent on things that would not have yielded any kind of return at all, other than a few smiles along the way.

The financial information has been extracted from the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021, which have been approved by the Board of Directors and on which the auditors have reported without qualification. The audit report included a material uncertainty relating to going concern. Full details can be seen in the 2021 Annual Report.

Could it be better? Yes. . could it be worse. . . Yes. . Did the Auditors issue a qualification? No.

Don't you just love it when distractors use the phrase "Suspension due to Accounting issues" or " Suspension due to Accounting regularities." This shows the high level of either incompetence or tortuousness, in this instance.

As a reminder, the Accounting Year end was changed from September 2020 to December 2019, to match the overall year ends of other organisations within / connected to the group AND the more predominant year end used globally. As a result of this there was a technical breach as the accounts for December 2019, should have been delivered by June 2020. The suspension was not forced, but voluntarily requested by SYME.

Hope for the best and plan for the worst. . That is my view. It will happen when it happens.

I am of the opinion, it will kick off exactly when it is meant to. There is no point complaining about events that you cannot control. I have taken my position and rolling with it. The £25k - £30k I have invested in this stock has been put back in my savings and always was going to be a long term punt. The idea is awesome. Getting it off the ground, taking time, is great news for me. I'm invested and only pop in from time to time, once every other day, during the week mainly. Clearly there are some monumental [Insert your preferred word here] present on this BB.

Interesting how Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG (JBER), who have been on the very outside of the L2 table for many months are now buying at 0.085. I have to be honest, I was expecting a drop to 0.07-0.075 today. It does look like a scenario where it is a traders dream, just before the company is going to go stratospheric, or hopefully not, the other way.

It is a start up, until it has commenced trading. Arguably it is no longer a start up due to trade flow. However the core business has not yet commenced and in my view arguably still a start up.

Good point extrader. . . BoD reaching into their own personal coffers would inspire confidence, as part of the equity raise.

For me, I am not selling my near 9m shares. I have made my play for better or for worse. Planning for the worst and hoping for the best is the only route LTH's can take at present.

In my opinion. No. Stupidity is looking at investment with a 24 hour horizon.

I am in a similar position. . However that being said even the uneducated have a right to free speech. I might not like it, I might not agree, thats just life and you act accordingly. I do tend to ignore, but occasionally feel honourbound to add a little leveity.

While we are seeing volatility at the low end of the current share price range (Over the past few years), I am very positive about the level of buying that has been going through over the past few weeks and months. There a couple of questions to be answered for me though. . . . Which I am sure will be answered in due course by an RNS / Update.
1. What is going on behind the scenes? Why have there been two leavers recently. Why the relative radio silence?
2. Why were the accounts expected to be delivered by the end of April 2022 (As of the 19th April RNS) but then a week or so later, delayed. This does concern me a little. My suspicion is that the Auditors would not sign off a going concern statement until the SYME IM Revenues can actually be recognised.

Still Bullish and positive, but also a pragmatist.

Morning all, as you probably know, I am neither a ramper or deramper. My question is what has changed between 19 April 2022 and this week? Accounts were envisaged by the end of the month, as at 19 April. 8 days later they are extended. My question is what has changed. We will find out in due course I suspect.

Equity is NOT an asset. an alleged MarketMaster would and SHOULD know this. Equity is EQUITY. ASSETS - LIABILTIES = EQUITY. It has been that way since the Italians invented the concept. (Luca Pacioli to be precise)
