So if you consider the MCAP in August 2020 at the highest point

0.80p x 32.755bn = £262m MCAP
to get to the same MCAP, the share price needs to reach:

£262m MCAP /43bn shares = 0.609p per share.

0.6p is clearly the new 0.8p

Market Capitalisation = Share Price x Volume of Shares

.105p x 43Bn = £45,150,000 as at now.

It does you well to just carry on with life, earn some more dough then check in when you get home. I was pleasantly surprised checking in to see the volume towards close.

SYME shares should be fine as per the above HMRC guidance.

I've had a similar message from HL.

Warrants are not eligible for the purposes of an ISA. The ordinary shares held are okay. You just need to have a Fund and Share account open by 19 September 2022, according to my message.

I’ve just seen the RNS you are referring to. DFS. Buy some shares now, get them before Christmas and pay nothing for a year.

That made me chuckle. . . I will remember that phrase. . .

"I think 3 years late is more accurate." That is a statement that both adds no value to the conversation and displays contempt and utter ignorance to what has happened. Had you been a genuine investor I may have cared to have educated you to the varying nature of change and evolution. As you have displayed, on numerous occasions, the inability to evolve, there is little value in doing so.

The MCAP has been greater than that before…

We have seen an MCAP of £300m before now, being 0.66p with current volume of shares. That would certainly be a good target to aim for.
