How can they call an EGM after the date by which they need a new NOMAD? Does this mean we should expect a new NOMAD within the next 10 days?!

I fully expect us to be trading far higher within the next 6 months. JV will add huge momentum to this company, with a sight of getting some of this gold out of the ground. Within 12 months, who knows, perhaps triple that. GLA

Most likely thing now is we lose! Not the first time i've seen this. i do not expect a new NOMAD on board in time. they'd rather sell the company.

Been locked in to this awful company due to the SVS Securities fiasco. Lost so much money and this could be the nail in the coffin.

How can we have so many large trades without SP movement? is it not worth a mention to the FCA? It's clear manipulation. and no doubt we'll all be left short when they are bought out in the new year!

Yes, something very odd going on here. Been lots of very large trades so surely 3% barrier at least will have been passed. It's also totally obvious that the price is being artificially held down for these purchases.

Don't forget there have been several placings since that price!! diluting the SP.

Although not entirely sure it's amazing news. Only timeframe included was for being ready for a mine in 3 years time. No other timescales to work from, and this is an un-binding head of terms. TIme will tell.

It literally states in the RNS how they will raise the funds (i.e. no placing)

"LOGL expects to raise, according to its participating interest, its own portion of the required funding for the first two wells from a combination of offtake financing from a subsidiary of a major international oil company and cashflow from existing production."
