Well it looks like i actually got my shares bought in the 1.9p deal a while back. I requested it ages ago, but cash showed in my profile last week. Good luck to all those who still hold here.
So do we de-list as of tomorrow?!
Finally some half decent news. I firmly believe that Lekan is really starting to grasp at straws on this. If they've got the cash, perhaps lekoil cayman would be better off looking for a deal for them to buy them out, and invest the captial in a new venture!
Don't forget that if they don't relist in a couple of weeks we lose the lot!!
Am i right in thinking that this deal expires today, and therefore Savannah can today exercise their rights to shares at 0.5p? what sort of deal is that? outrageous by the board. give me my 1.9p per share any day.
After the latest RNS'. think i'll definitely be taking my cash. As far as i'm concerned this company has no future
Pointless if they're not trading. don't forget they only have a couple of months left.
I got an email from my broker today as well. will leave it another week or so and then accept if nothing changes.
So Lekoil Nigeria have nearly 10% now. Definite chance they get above 50% through their offer! this is definitely what they'll be looking to do.
If we see no sign of a relist in the next month, i'll be taking the offer up and getting my cash back.
anyone taken up Lekoil NIgeria's deal yet, or waiting until after the AGM? I can't decide between cash and shares, although leaning towards the cash.
Super, so the value we're offered in £'s won't change. good news. i want nothing more to do with this company. ha
Agreed. Need to know if the offer stands based on non dilution and what happens is dilution occurs.
so what are people doing? cash or shares in lekoil nigeria? personally think i'll take the cash and invest elsewhere.
Why on earth would thy offer us double money or shares in lekoil nigeria if Lekoil Limited had no value?! seems very dodgy this. i'd like to see a response from the board. saying that, think i'd take double my money right now and move it elsewhere.
Honestly not entirely sure why this company is still suspended, and i am beginning to think they should just agree with lekoil nigeria and try and move forward. the potential is huge but it's all got a bit petty.
So Lekoil nigeria are basically saying that the agreement with Lekoil PLC only gives them rights to 40% of dividend payouts, but they don't pay dividends. so what on earth was the 2013 agreement for? how have they survived this long?!
