Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
are all those large trades more buys yesterday? any other share i hold, buys like that would see a spike in the morning, but not here. you're right, it is completely fraudulent. expect a takeover from Metallon within next few months.
So Lekoil is getting about 2000BOPD from the well at OML 11, which is giving them about $30m a year. so where is all of this cash going?! Why are their operating expenses so high? surely they need to look to reducing their overheads as its removing any profit margin and they're operating at a loss. Hopefully the increase in oil prices recently will help, but feels like there's some really poor cost management going on.
Feels like something is finally happening here. You don't pump that sort of money into a company without a bit of an idea about its future. Either Metallon are going to takeover or funding is nearly sourced?!
Are they all buys or rollovers?
If this deal was so good, we'd have gone through 40/50p with no issues. Trouble is, this company has years of bad form and poor deals and a CEO who is far too slow on the uptake. JV needs to be signed in full within a month or SP will drop further.
Got to question what was the point of Metallon getting people on the board apart from preparing a buy out? that's clearly how it seems now. expect we won't hold shares in this company for too much longer.
I agree. i'd rather not have spreadex involved in a share im invested in.
You do realise the RNS is showing Spreadex selling and getting out?!
With this company has long been Conroy and his cronies. They're in it for themselves, and have been far too cautious for too long. Until they are gone, i do not see this company advancing at any great speed.
For half the company? Am I missing something?!
I can’t work out whether this is good or bad. Never heard of this new company. But the money they’re putting in is pathetic for what they’re getting out of it.
It's such a disaster of a company. i would've sold last year at the peak if it was for my exchange being suspended. so frustrating. I fully expect a buyout from Metallon at some point. At least we still have our producing assett Otakikpo.
Oddly, our MCAP is low compared to our production rates. If i was optimistic i'd hope they were working on some form of financing, as that is the only priority right now.
I've been invested in this company for 10 years and seen many years of lows. It now finally seems like we're moving forward. If this JV is signed and we head towards production, you have to think that a short term target of £1.50 is not unrealistic. GLA
It mentions they're more occupied by Okatipo and Ogo fields, but surely OPL 310 has biggest reserves?
When was the last time this was mentioned? seems to have gone very quiet, and still requires huge funding. Lest hope 2021 gets this company back on track. GLA
WHat a total disaster for them. Shows they were a bit clueless and had underhand intentions. I expect a big sell off from them. I just hope the board can secure the funding needed going forward.
Do people think having more Metallon with a casting vote on the board would be good for us? i feel like it might not be in our best interests, as they may look to merge the companies and we would be left out of pocket.
So we got what we wanted and are still trading, but so much more news to come over the coming weeks. I actually think the price right now is primed for buys, but the spread is stopping that.
Despite the loan payments, this company is massively undervalued based on the current production values. hoping for EGM to give us the right outcome. GLA
Fully expect a new trading range in this company in 2021. Massively undervalued for the level of assets, and i expect the JV to be finalised soon. GLA
What would be the point of an EGM if the delist on the 23rd? feels like im about to lose even more money on this company.
