In terms of his shareholding, my gut feel is that he would immediately sell it, but who knows.

CA's main goal was to foster better relationships with the City, let alone unlocking value for shareholders . That has been been one big fail, as he hasn't even managed to keep his CEO off his LinkedIn app.

- completion of the separation of divisions: Wasn't this activity initiated before the Lord joined? and despite the initial outlay for separation, no further updates

- couple (or one?) of NEDs added to BOD - Not convinced that CA can take much credit for this, but can't be sure that he didn't play a part in it.

- golden share gone: MM was supposed to give this up years ago and had already confirmed that he would drop it. He was just late in doing so.

- Iain McDonald shifted off the BOD (seemingly into an advisory capacity: More due to shareholder votes than anything CA has done.

Looks like he hasn't taken kindly to being accused of being affiliated with Kelso. Hmmmm.

Interesting thought OSG. I said the same thing last week when the price started it's descent, it felt like the market was starting to price in a few "interesting" board voting decisions.

I'm not sure if it will make much of a difference if it was OVMK. However, if it was one for the larger holders like QIA, Sofina, well, that would put the cat amongst the pigeons

Crafty - truth be told, I think if the share price was around £1.70, we'd probably be all celebrating these achievements and excited about the potential spin-offs/sales of the divisions that may take place. I'm sure there would still be some glum faces that the share price wasn't higher than the bids, but most of us would take it.

The issue is that the share price is 67p. Yes, the company is not the share price, but it's been over 2 years now.

Well, their silence would suggest that Cong. Only one has publicly made a negative statement and then backed it with buying a stake in KLSO. We need more of them to come out of the woodwork, if they are genuinely unhappy with their investment

I'm struggling to understand how much longer they are prepared to give him to turn it around. It's been some time since the PE offers and the price has been in the doldrums. Either they've been given a real sweetener (that smaller shareholders are not aware of) or they must surely be strategising their next moves.

It might not be his "own" firm, but he's the largest shareholder. Which gives him considerably more sway than the others, be IIs or PIs. Unless someone is willing to put their money where their mouth is, this will continue for the foreseeable future.

I'm hoping that one (or a few) of the IIs will break ranks and start to put some real pressure on. Otherwise, they are as bad as he is and deserve to lose 90% of their investment as the share price has proven so far.

Painful last 7 days or so, but hey, that's the course with THG.
