Crafty - truth be told, I think if the share price was around £1.70, we'd probably be all celebrating these achievements and excited about the potential spin-offs/sales of the divisions that may take place. I'm sure there would still be some glum faces that the share price wasn't higher than the bids, but most of us would take it.
The issue is that the share price is 67p. Yes, the company is not the share price, but it's been over 2 years now.
