It's funny that most of the shareholders don't b!tch and moan every time the price drops. Sure, we all lose our rag sometimes (and understandably so) but I guess that's the benefit of being non-leveraged.

This is why it is of the utmost importance to formally split and spin-off each of the divisions. No-one (and understandably so) can properly value each of them due to the esoteric nature of how their performances are reported and the opaque way that Ingenuity bills them.

IMHO MM hasn't done this yet as it would fully expose the drain that Ingenuity really has on the business. It's more beneficial for him to keep them all under the same umbrella and accept average performance, as they are literally providing the oxygen that Ingenuity needs to survive. It's clear to me that he won't accept that Ingenuity hasn't taken off the way he thought it would and wants to keep on waiting until the other divisions can no longer subsidise it.

To be fair, you have been banging the revenue multiple drum for some time crafty!

However, the ball is firmly in THG's court when it comes to putting that theory to the test. They have had ample time to decide strategy and split out the divisions. A spin-off would be a great place to start....
