I was going to watch a few cartoons but instead decided to read some Porky, and Rat posts. Thanks guys, never laughed so much – great sense of humour. Pretty sad though, It’s hard to imagine anyone having so little in life that they spend their days posting drivel on a share with no personal stake. It’s just too depressing.

Give it another few weeks and the straightjackets will be out. Porky rocking backwards and forwards like a malfunctioning metronome, while Rats gently pats his back whispering, “there, there, that nasty Mark just got lucky with the partners and grants”. 😭

Val’s evaluation of the McGill asset has delivered a a set of results that clearly exceeded expectations at this stage. Being four months ahead of schedule, shows just how impressive the evaluation results were.

Given Mark’s earlier comments in the Proactive interview - calling it “probably the best asset we’ve ever had in house” - it was always clear the option would be exercised once the science validated the opportunity.

The asset’s relevance to osteosarcoma across both paediatric and canine oncology creates a rare dual market route, strengthening VAH while derisking the human programme through comparative oncology.

Importantly, Val is not just taking equity for its evaluation results; it is also committing further funds to secure an increased share of the project. That decision alone signals great confidence in the asset’s long term commercial potential.

Finally, savour Mark’s closing comment: “Discussions with a range of external investors are underway and, in some cases, have proceeded to due diligence".

In the recent Proactive interview, Mark confirmed, “Looking ahead, the company expects several potential catalysts over the coming months. These include decisions regarding new in-licensing opportunities”. The wording “several potential catalysts” suggests at least 2-3 of the licensing opportunities will proceed. McGill is a certainty and I wouldn’t be surprised to see the primary Val/Dominion repurposing candidate as one of the others.

Logically, any programmes gaining major grant funding are likely to be front-runners with Mark confirming “Val was awaiting results from several major funding applications between July and year-end, including six-figure and seven-figure grant opportunities”.

As panic sets in among the usual suspects, we can expect the usual spate of history lessons. However, to any naysayers expecting engagement, please don’t misinterpret the silence. It merely indicates your successful elevation to my ‘Irrelevant’ category, where your commentary is automatically filtered for quality control purposes.

You now sit among a curious collection of uninvested contributors who, lacking either capital or hobbies, spend their days commenting on a share they don’t own. Whatever the motivation, my reaction remains the same: complete indifference and unshakeable apathy.

Membership to this elite group is now reviewed on a 5-year cycle, with the next assessment scheduled for 2031. Keep the Val posts flowing and, in exceptional cases, you may even emulate Porky’s achievement of securing honorary lifetime membership.

Meanwhile Val is being fast-tracked to become the successful, revenue generating biopharma the naysayers so feared. As programmes mature, commercial partnerships deepen and the SP climbs, delivery will replace debate and today’s sad critics will have moved on to their next chosen ‘victim’.

Mark’s decision to invest a further £50k reflects full visibility of the company’s trajectory. Significantly, the other Board participant of the placing with a £5000 top-up is CFO Gerry Desler, not normally known for splashing his own cash. While forum posters, whether pro or anti, speculate on Val’s future - the CEO and CFO operate with information, not conjecture. 🤔💡😁

Major grant applications are pending and potential 6-figure awards would be transformative. With any significant news comes the likelihood of warrants being exercised: passing 0.28p could put over £1.6m into the pot; an SP above 0.5p could add £1.8m to the runway and passing 1.3p add a further £3.1m - potentially putting £6.5m into Val’s coffers - taking cash reserves to multiples of the current market cap.

While directors will invariably promote their own company, Martin G (Chairman): “ValiRx is building an asset rich business which… is massively undervalued” and CEO Mark: “multiple opportunities for value creation over the coming 12 months” are unusually direct statements for any official release. Directors being that explicit in an RNS signals a level of confidence that the market hasn’t yet priced in.

Nom, my first post was indeed Oct ’24 and I bought in on 14th Jan’25 when the SP was approx 0.73p. Check my history – only takes a few secs - 39.2p lower than you claim.

Having averaged down heavily following the recent placing, I was actually in profit only last Nov. I expect to be back in profit again shortly.

Talk of desperation. Do you really need to spread total lies in your quest? Shame on you!

Nick S posts daily on Twitter promoting his other shares – yet on LSE his full focus is on Val, posting over a hundred times since November and disregarding all his other holdings. Very curious! At least he has a clear agenda, you can only pity the other mischief-makers. What meaningless lives they must lead. 🥱

Another mischief-maker joins the Val historical society

I’m posting on a share where I have an investment. The majority of posts on here are by the uninvested with nothing else in life to keep them amused other than referring to history lessons.

Last Aug/Sept, IMM, specialising in peptides like Val, increased by 1028% in 24 days. An increase of just half that size for Val would see an SP of 1.57p, all 0.5p and 1.3p warrants exercised – putting a further £5m in Val’s bank.

Porky’s ‘guaranteed’ March placing has already fallen by the wayside. How long before other losers start drifting off as they realise all their efforts are in vain.

Some may be wondering why Nick shows such resentment towards Mark Treharne, carrying a grudge around like an expired warrant he can’t quite bring himself to tear up. They have history.

Their paths first crossed in a Butlins nativity play many years ago when Mark was cast as Joseph and the older Nick as a stand-in for the donkey’s rear end. That was bad enough, but the combination of rogan josh and stage-fright saw the donkey’s backside become the talk of Butlins for the rest of the week. To this day, Nick swears he was simply improvising but has never forgiven the young Mark for supressing a grin.

The next chance meeting was at a party. Mark entered, nodded, and everyone said hello. Nick walked in, tripped on his shoelace, and pretended it was part of a dance move. His attempt at chatting up the stunning blonde went no better, with his Lynx Africa deodorant sparking her sneezing fit. Mark came to the rescue, “Let’s get some fresh air, it may help.” It did. Nick spent the rest of the night near the speakers, pretending he liked the music.

Years later, their paths crossed again at a broker’s five a side tournament. Mark scored a hat trick and Nick an own goal so spectacular it was briefly nominated for Goal of the Month. Mark patted him on the back and said, “unlucky, mate.” Nick went for a cold shower.

During the post-match cuppa, Mark took the last ginger nut that Nick had been eying for ten minutes, before recognising the blonde linking Mark’s arm. Nick looked at the empty biscuit plate, then at Mark, then at the blonde. He was mentally composing an LSE post even as he left the room.

In the office, novice Mark mastered the Bloomberg shortcuts in 3 days while Nick accidentally changed the terminal language to Chinese and in error bought 5m yuan of shares in a novelty chopsticks venture. Mark walked past just as the confirmation flashed up. Nick minimised the screen a second too late. Later, at the Christmas party, Mark won “Best Newcomer” while Nick won fifth prize in the raffle, ironically a presentation box of Lynx Africa. Mark congratulated him warmly. Nick said through gritted teeth, “it was nice to be recognised.”

The final straw came when, as Nick was typing an LSE reply in a packed office, Mark commented,

“Good post. Your handle - is that Viera as in former Gunner, Patrick?”

“Of course”, said Nick bristling.

“Didn’t Vieira have two ‘i’s? “

The whole office froze when Nick snapped,

“Of course he had 2 eyes”.

At the next office party, everyone bar Nick turned up wearing a patch over one eye.

Nick never understood why.

Viera, Rat, Porky, Pointer, Nom and Seawolf – all the usual suspects – taking turns knocking Val. Yet the SP barely twitches and why would it? None of the bigger holders are selling.

When a handful of serial doom-mongers spend so much effort posting on a share which they claim to be doomed, even the greenest punter can see their desperation. For every 2 posts promoting Val and the science, they churn out 7 or 8 history lessons.

Despite their honking and tooting, the only thing actually moving is the clown car they arrived in. The custard pie finale following major RNS news will be especially appreciated by those holders in the front row seats. 🤡😂

Actually Nick, I’m not sure about other holders but I haven’t lost a penny in Val. A holder has to sell to capitalise a loss and I’ve taken advantage of giveaway SPs to put my share statement within one strong RNS of turning blue. I don’t say profit as the same proviso applies. I have no intention of top slicing until the SP is many multiples of that currently on offer, so while some may settle for the profits a 1.5p - 2p SP may bring, my target is considerably higher.

In light of your volume of posts and time you spend on this forum, it’s clear you see the same potential. We’re not so different after all. 👍😜

Oh dear, Nick. Your team’s season is collapsing faster than your arguments about VAL. A decent manager would make all the difference but Marco Ecclestoni’s aiming a lot higher than a team that peaks every 22 years.

Unable Seamen Ratcliffe, very enjoyable post but just a naysayer dream.

You see, there is no iceberg. Admiral Eccleston chartered the waters in advance and confirmed whispered tales of icebergs, man-eating whales and sea-monsters were simply told to scare passengers to the lifeboats. So, the Admiral calmly took the helm and rang up full steam ahead on the Chadburn. SS Valirx smoothly cruised on steady, deliberate, and entirely untroubled, as the outline of the New World began to rise on the horizon.

Meanwhile those who stayed behind on the quayside were destined to forever rue their missed opportunity, still clutching their well thumbed books of maritime superstition.

History tends to be written by those who boarded, not those who stayed behind telling ghost stories.

All around, the joys of spring abound: birds are singing, lambs a-leaping... Porky weeping! 😭

CEO Mark, himself an 8% holder, has confirmed the runway extends into H2 and that’s WITHOUT counting grants, Inaphaea income, R&D tax credits, any partner/VC contributions to SPVs and a potential windfall of up to £1.8m when the ask passes just 0.5p. That’s not a runway, it’s a reinforced concrete airstrip.

The SP will take an inevitable upturn over the few days as buyers will be waiting to capitalise on their new ISA allowances and traders will inevitably want to get in first.

Meanwhile, frustrated historians will keep adding additional weeks on as each of their deadlines pass.

The irony is delicious. Porky calling wolf! Unfortunately for him, Mark has built the house of Val with brick, not straw. 🤣

Historians claim no significant news yet the SP is currently 35% higher than on 21st Nov, even after ongoing trading. If that’s the baseline BEFORE major news, imagine the reaction following it!

The new London address is almost certainly more expensive to maintain than the old Hatfield Heath address. London, especially N1, is one of the highest cost corporate services and office rental markets in the UK, whereas Hatfield Heath (Essex) is a low cost rural location.

A London address signals proximity to the UK’s biotech, finance, and advisory ecosystem and a more professional image for investors, partners, and regulators.

It begs the question, would a CEO commit to a more expensive location if he was not confident of receiving non-dilutive funds in the near future? Certainly not within 5 hours of Porky’s ‘guaranteed’ deadline of a March placing. 🤣🤣🤣

Due to minimal trading, the Val SP continues to hover in the low - mid 0.3s, but the volume in LT holders’ hands ensures that is the floor. When major grant or other income news is confirmed, finally putting historians’ runway fibs to bed, the Val SP will fly. Free float is tiny which is why Viera posts endlessly on a share he claims not to own.

Imagine Afzal, with multiple AIM positions, ignoring them all and putting his full focus on a share he says is doomed? If it is so bad, let events unfold naturally.

Viera won’t. He wants to edge towards 3% (never more), but begrudges paying the prevalent SP. How costly that could prove!
