Its convenient to knock oil down a bit for one of the biggest IPOs in history in a few hours --- Space X. Trump will want this to go well on his watch. It'll be like queuing outside the shop for the new iphone or Pokémon tomorrow. The frenzy for a quick flip will be all over the media.
