This is fair because if one looks at the gold to oil ratio, we are slightly at normal levels, but doesnt price in war premium. I'd say no one knows for sure, but the surprise is to the upside. It isnt a trade, its a position to hedge whats going to be happening. Trump got to Maduro easily, but this Iran situation... It's a lot messier. Brent at $103 for the historical record.
